Nintendo of Europe President Satoru Shibata Enjoyed a Mario Kart 8 Birthday Party
Eiji Aonuma and more joined in
Satoru Shibata, Nintendo of Europe President, recently celebrated his birthday with an online tournament in Mario Kart 8, which seems like a perfect way to enjoy the occasion; Nintendo UK has taken the liberty of tweeting the video of some Mario Kart TV highlights.
It was a high profile MK8 party, too, with some big players from Nintendo joining the NoE boss. The line-up included Eiji Aonuma, Takashi Tezuka, Hideki Konno and even Marty (who represents Nintendo of Europe on Miiverse).
You can see Shibata-san's moment of glory in the video below.
I have so many --RIDICULOUSLY-- good games to play, I don't even know where to start. With the Wii U we get --ONE-- game every few months and we're supposed to be satisfied with that. I have more great games to play at this moment than the Wii U has had over its entire life-span.
The OTHER thing I observed was just how badly they need to devise a way to ----ORGANIZE---- the games on your dash. When I want to play something, I shouldn't have a hard time ---FINDING--- it!
Aw. Speak of the devil. My Wii U Pad just started flashing it's Notification Light at me as I finished typing that last post. Without even looking... Yes. Yes. Wii U "Mario Sale!" I know, I know: Hyrule Warriors is coming soon and...
You can move the games around on the Wii U dashboard . . . I think. Can't actually remember how to do it, though.
Oh, and if you want more games on your Nintendo hardware, Leo, you can replace your old boring 3DS soon with a slightly newer one, and get access to at least one new game for it!
I'd like to take a moment to mention how much the US insurance system sucks. The car that I just bought a few months ago, just so I could get around when I was at home now lies totaled in a salvage yard, likely. I took a several thousand dollar loss on it and am now waiting for re-imbursement for my deductible --AND-- the rental car I had for a few weeks while waiting to see the fate of my old car. More than likely, I am not going to get anything back, thanks to the fact that the kid had something like a 25,000 policy and he wrecked 4 cars at once. Went out and had to buy ANOTHER car in the meantime while everything sorts itself out...
...
...just so I can get my Sushi / Bar-B-Que / Beer / Video Games...
...
...and I'm almost too traumatized to do even THAT these days! What a waste...
On a side note: Anyone else wake up in a pissy mood this morning --OTHER THAN-- me?
Yep, woke up thinking about this shitty teacher who is goddamn lazy, then brings her shitty class to me. I end up being an asshole and bad guy because I have to start every class disciplining children before we can begin. Fuck you, you lazy ass piece of shit!
Nope. Not part of my policy. I haven't owned many cars and I'm not so observant or knowledgeable when it comes to insurance, so it's my own ignorance's fault. I should have paid more attention when I got my policy, when I got the first car. NOW I know better.
Well, my own ignorance and stupid ---FUCKING--- texting-while-driving KID!
And that's the funny thing about it...
I do it while I talk about it. I wasn't there when everyone was taught not to talk with their mouth full.

Not to knock a system while it's down, but I was looking at my PS4 dashboard this morning and I was a tiny bit overwhelmed. I saw:

Minecraft
The Swapper
Transistor
Mercenary Kings
Diablo 3
Don't Starve
inFAMOUS: Second Son
Pixel Junk Shooter Ultimate

Resogun Heroes
The Last of Us: Remastered

Oops. Forgot to mention: Hotline Miami and Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate. I'm sure there's even more I've forgotten.
**Strider and Road not Taken, for example, but those aren't exactly "great" games.**
...and Velocity 2X...
...don't even wanna mention how many of those I got for free.

...eventually. That's cute. Now go back to sleep.

Move it like you would iPad apps. Hold onto it and slide it across the slots.
Yup. This.
Ba-Ba-Ba-Bayonetta? Right now, one game a month sounds good. What happens when January comes?
I've never moved an Ipad app. I don't own no Ipad. I cut and paste like a PC champion, though.

...and, yeah, I'll give you Bayonetta. Forgot about that one. OK. Two games in two months...
...compared to the dozen on the PS4...
...so it's not as bad as I thought.
**Barely.**
Could your own insurance company help at least with the rental? Tow expenses?

Insurance companies #1 goal is to take people's money. Their #2 goal is to give back as little as possible.
