Yeah, I streamed one of your podcasts once on my winphone during a hour and a half drive. I got a call halfway through, after which the podcast started anew without any means to fastforward.
So you started again and finished it because it was so good?
I went and finished The Last Of Us again...this time on the PS4 of course.
Its not a hugely different game on the PS4, but the small changes are definitely welcome. And its still such a great game. Trophies are so hard to come by in this game though...I mean I played from start to finish, took my time trying to explore every nook n cranny, and I only got 3% of the trophies....THREE PERCENT!! I guess you need to play through multiple times to get them all.
They split the trophies into different segments too, which is weird. There's the main game trophies, then another segment for Left Behind. Then the multi-player segment. For the entire main game of The Last Of Us I think there's only like 12 trophies, but they're all super hard to get. Open all secret doors, find all comics, etc.
I will probably start Left Behind too...may as well.
Wait for the PS4 ports!
Damn...why would somebody buy anything on ebay that they want, only to fuck with you and claim its fake and get a refund? Seems like a lot of wasted effort for nothing. Is he trying to keep the shirt and get his money back?
I would have if only my drive had been long enough. Alas...
I usually sell my old boxed goods like dvds and games and have no problems. With clothes recentely it's starting to piss me off, because they get the item, find they don't like it or it doesn't fit properly and they try and weasel out of the sale and get their money back. Which I wouldn't mind but they also demand that I pay for their to AND return postage for them too. I don't see why I should pay for them to have the privialedge of trying on clothes in the comfort of their own home. Giant douchebags.
I sold an expensive designer jacket and the guy came back lying through his teeth that it didn't fit, even though the size was listed and photogrpahed and got ebay to side with him and gave him like $130 of my cash, then I appealed twice and they eventually sided with me. But it's a massive pain the ass sometimes and I almost quit ebay because of it.
What they don't understand is that it doesn't matter if they don't like the item, it doesn't matter if it doesn't fit them personally. If the goods are as described, ebay doesn't require that they get their money back. So after the jacket incident which almost cost me $130 I started photgraphing each piece of clothing extensively with a measuring tape showing exact measurements. This stops the BS size whining.
But because this guy can't find a fault with the item on size or condition he's come back and opened a case saying it's a fake item. He didn't even message me first to ask, lying bastard. I've had to trawl through hundreds of photos, I had to email a user in America who was selling the same shirt, he confirmed it was 100% genuine and he got it from DJPremium.com. I have emailed them, I have had to email Diesel UK, their office is only 45 mins from my house by train. I've been given a phone number for Diesel Legal Team which I have to call tommorrow.
And personally I think this is all on Ebay as in 90% of cases they side with buyers, so they are happy, even against sellers with over a decades worth of transactions with 100% positive feedback. It really pisses me off. What this guy is doing is using false or misrepresentations for monetary gain which is the very definition of fraud under UK Law. If he wants to go there I may just forward this to the police and let him deal with it.

Hyrule Warriors - Famitsu review commentary
Jigoro: 9; While not destroying the world of Zelda, the action has been modeled after the “Warriors” series and it is exhilarating. You will be firmly placed in the battle, which is also good. Fans will smile at the small details which can be found here and there, and it is good. The soundtrack is arranged in a familiar “Warriors”-series style, and the feeling is very uplifting. I also feel great during each mission because the checkpoint system treats you very kindly if you fail.
Namuko: 9; “The Legend of Zelda” has a history and is receiving a secondary creation, and the final product is a winning combination. Deriving from the “Warriors” series, you are a lone commanding officer and are seeing the perspective of two armies battling, and you feel the scale that I think extends to the power of a country like Hyrule. As it is a transition from established puzzle solving system into chaotic action, I accepted Hyrule Warriors as a fresh interpretation. Since both products are separately masterpieces, I was expecting their combination to be more than a masterpiece.
Bunbunmaru: 9; The peculiar puzzle elements of Zelda are basically non-existent, but the tempo of the action is great and can be enjoyed comfortably. You are dropped in the system of “Warriors” but in the world of “Zelda”, and it’s so amazing that there is no discomfort in this combination. If you’ve ever played games like “Dynasty Warriors” or “Samurai Warriors”, then it will be easy to play for you. When locking on with z-targeting, for example, it helps make the boss encounters considerably like the Zelda series. The smiles of Zelda fans are going to be numerous!

I may buy day one. Not a big fan of the Warriors franchise but it does look good.
I love the fan service, a WW dimension would push it over the top. But for me the gameplay looks like it would get old after 5 minutes. I watched the direct and you rush about the map to clear sections for your army.
And that's pretty much it, right?
There are boss fights and you can use items for basic environment navigation, like the hookshot.
Well, it wasn't just Mario Kart 8 that was a horrible experience, but anything I played.
Until I played Killzone 2!
