It was a tech demo on a PC. The PC version could easily look like that. The PS4 version could also but I guess not.
Dragon Age 3 looks better than Witcher 3.

Well it has to run on something. Read the article about why it was delayed, they talked about how hard it was to deliver on what the E3 tech demo promised, even they admit that was just a concept that they have been chasing.

I just watched that DA3 video. Holy shit does it look good. I'd still give TW3 the edge over this one because it shows gameplay.
True in terms of trailers Witcher 3 wins but I am going off my history of playing these games and I know Bioware will deliver the goods. Witcher 3 can be something very special. DA3 will be something special. Thats how I see it.
I will always have a soft spot in my heart for Bioware.

The truth is Watch Dogs still looks really fun and it from the gameplay video it looks great but cross gen great, not holy crap this is completely next gen awesome. I'm still buying it unless reviews are terrible. Shit I like AC3, I love these ubisoft open world games.
EDIT: Lol I want to run around grabbing cell phones off pedestrians and smashing them. Let me guess GG, the rain gif was from E3, the top one is now?

Wow. Dragon Age 3 looks great. I'll have to pick DA3 over The Witcher 3 because it's Bioware whom I love and I prefer the world of Dragon Age.
Cybernator was a pretty damn cool game and Gigantic Army more then rekindles nostalgia for it which is a good thing.
See I would consider Bioware the best developer other than Nintendo, more than Naughty Dog. 3 Totally badass Mass Effect games and one amazing Dragon Age plus the solid DA2 since 2007. They owned the genre this past generation. Plus, their games have their own style, whereas Naughty Dog make awesome games that borrow heavily from others.
I'm dying for both Witcher and Dragon Age. I hope there is collector's editions. And I hope both release soon.
Again though, even if it doesn't look like that on consoles, the PC version EASILY could. That's why I'm always torn between what I want to buy my games on. Console guy at heart, and I like my physical media....but damn sometimes the PC versions are just flat out better. My PC is also probably double the power of the PS4 or Xbox One keep in mind. So if the games are optimised to take advantage of it, they can look quite a bit more stunning.
