There hasn't been a price drop in Australia yet, has there?
Nope.
Alan Wake is a super douche
I've mainly been playing Forza 5 and Dead Rising 3. Played a wee bit of Bioshock Infinite on PS3 and some of the Bravely Default demo.
Neogaf had their game of the year awards tallied http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=754187
The results are amazing, they have stats for EVERYTHING. TLOU blew the competition away. Bioshock was #2 shocking everyone as it gets a bunch of hate on gaf, shows that they are a vocal minoritiy. GTA is 3. Mario is 4 Zelda is 5. My top 5 and gafs top 5 are the same. Just a slightly different order.

Nintendo won best publisher as it had the most votes for its games.
Oh man they have a recommendation list for every user who voted on gaf for GOTY. What they did was take everyone who voted like you and used the top lists to come up with a recommend games list you should play cause others like you enjoyed them. My number 1 recommened game is... Pikmin 3.
Yes I need to play it.
Kind of cool to see Fire Emblem and Wonder 101 on the list. I am really surprised to see Revengeance so high up there. I heard a lot of people say it was good, but I didn't see too many people go crazy for it.
It won GAF best action game. I liked it but i dont agree with that. I have always been a DMC fanboy though, even liking DMC3 over NG.
Surprised about Ni No Kuni, Gone Home and Dota 2, for various reasons.
Dota 2 got the shaft everywhere this year.
Perfect podcast logo!
Listen to it guys it has me in it! And you know you want to hear my thoughts on Nintendo right.
Ahaha this game is fun. Weird, but fun. Is this the kind of stuff that the Dreamcast had?
It had way weirder than that.
Yup. Space Channel 5 is great; I was absolutely awful at it, though. Never played the sequel.
Seaman was the weirdest game on DC, I think.
I think this is the sequel, it's called Space Channel 5 Part 2. Unless SEGA was even weirder than I think and part 2 was the first one.
I had to fiddle around with it to get it working properly since the port is lazy. Configuration .exe is borked, your changes never register, so it always boots up windowed at a crappy resolution. I had to manually config the .ini file and download a resolution change .dll file with another .ini
It was all of 5 minutes but still an annoyance. At any rate I could get it running at my native resolution with Triple Buffering, adaptive V-sync, AF and AA forced through GPU control panel. I also configured my Logitech pad by means of remapping keystrokes because the game has no controller support even though it says it has.
All of that to play a game where I get to be a pink haired 22 yo cute reporter that rescues people by dancing and saying "CHU!". I'm such a man's man.
^ Yup, that's the second game. Heh, I paid $50 for the first one back in the day. Now who's the man's man?
It's the original, plus the JP sequel that was not released on DC in the west. (this version was released on the PS2 in the west).
Seaman does take the weirdest game on DC. SC5 is good fun, a wonderful game.
Yeah I had quite a bit of fun with Space Channel 5, also loved Crazy Taxi.
Why hast thou forsaken me minus button.
