There is a massive difference between US mobile gamers and handheld gamers. No one buys a phone for games, people buy handheld for games. Takes a totally different type of person to buy a handheld.

Bah! Wtf is this? The first Splinter Cell was the best and they've gotten progressively worse. Wtf is this shit? B as the cover button? Wonky crouching movement, aim and press button to do a Gears style roadie run to cover? You can barely make out enemies in the opening area and they haven't activated the upad features yet so I can't even use the map. Even on the games max brightness it's too dark on the tv, better offscreen. Some low res textures unfortunately but runs smoothly and looks nice. No framerate problems or screen tearing like other versions.
I don't think I ever played a Splinter Cell game. I rented Chaos Theory a while back, but didn't play it for long.
That was the best one.
I haven't played Blacklist yet. Double Agent on original xbox is a much different and better game than the 360 version.....but the 360 version has some cool moments.

Yes and it looks quite good and brighter too.
Chaos Theory only had 2 good levels, it was very solid though. Pandora Tommorow was twitchy, the AI was inconsistent. I didn't like 360 double agent, Conviction was okay, pretty decent but not as satisfying. For me the first is still the right balance.
This game, they haven't opened up the upad use so I hope there is some Deus Ex style realtime radar there. And the visors haven't been given to me yet. The intro section is horrible. Instead of moving between cover by creeping you aim the second stick at a cover point, hit A and Sam does some massive auto run and lurch towards it. It doesn't feel natural like in Deus Ex, it's like a massive rubber band.
Also you need to press a face button to stick to cover, which means releasing camera control. DF were right too, the PS3 and U versions use low res textures, 360 has a mandatory install for higher res textures. Bit annoying when U can do higher res without an install. But there has been zero screen tearing here and no cutscene slowdown so far either. If the U features are good it may get better. But the cover system..... ugh.
Got back from hospital today, India, no joy, they don't know what it is, don't know how to treat it. I've been told it's a syndrome, no indication of it getting better or when it will end. They are just clueless. They started telling me about tests from 8 months ago which they already discussed with me back then. Shouldn't they be ordering new tests and waiting for those results? This woman was just reading info off the computer from 8 months ago, wth was the point of being called back to hospital?
They've ordered an ultrasound, for my 'peace of mind.'
