Tried winning the races in all manner of different cars, seems the default for every car is crappy handling till you win a couple of races and upgrade. I beat the Venom the hardest race in the game and they won't register it and unlock the car for me.

Has someone fucked with the site? I keep trying to reply to Vader and my posts keeps getting chopped in half as I'm writing it? WTF

What a fucking waste of time, the editor fucked me over 3 times.

I pretty much disagree with everything Vader said, if you want to know why, well fuck it, I'm not typing all that again.

But shiiiiiiiit. Be patient, be realistic and take off those rose coloured glasses. Also don't dump all the dogshit on Nintendo's porch. When other dogs have been fouling up the neighbourhood too.

What I dont understand is why you cant separate looking at now and looking ahead. Clearly right now the Wii U has had one of the worst launches ever, how can you deny that. In the future it will be just fine. They are not mutually exclusive.

There is no Nintendo "killer" app that compels me to buy it.  I will get a U, eventually, just not soon.  The N64 had Super Mario 64..  The GC had Luigi's Mansion , Pikmin and Smash within the first month.  The Wii had Zelda and Wii Sports.  What does Nintendo have to offer me now?  Another New Super Mario and Nintendoland.  Neither of those scream "must buy!"

I'm not denying anything and I'm not going respond with a quarter of a post. I tried replying and I got screwed over by the editor several times. There are many things I would say that you are being selective about, are oversimplifying and not seeing and denying and not understanding and simply not being patient. You're reactionary and always have been, it's in your character, we are fundamentally different in this aspect. I take the view that gamers are -

ah shit, f;oipping editor is screwing around again.

Can't be bothered with trying to type when this is happning - I'm like the tortoise, you're like the hare. Nothing wrong with either position but it's natural that we would disagree on some things. You lost me, I tried replying in full before but I'm wasting time here.

You dont need to post a bunch of stuff, basically you are saying you think the Wii U is doing well right NOW. Right? If so we totally disagree and nothing you can post will change that. I dont think the library, the cost, the features make the system worth it right NOW. I would never recommend the Wii U to anyone until later when the games hits which I do believe a price drop will come as well. I still think we are comparing two different things, you keep mentioning the future, potential, and patience when in this context I am not talking about that at all. The initial comment was about RIGHT NOW, that is all I am talking about.  Come later this year the wii U will be a lovely great system to own.

I do feel bad cause post eating is super annoying.

No! Not at all! This is what's annoying, when I can't give a full answer it's so frustrating because I have to half ass it and then people misread me. I mean no offence, I'm typing via touchscreen now and it'sdamn slow. What I was trying inelegantly to say b4 was that I am the kind of person who is fairly unflappable when presented with gaming news. I'm usually very well informed too, so whilst the internet collective freaks out, I feel like an old man knowing that everything will be all right in the end. There was tonnes more in my proper reply about an A4 pages worth but the editor ate the top half- I rewrote it and it ate it again. So I don't want to elaborate because when I can't give a full answer people misread me. And I cannot be sacked to write it again, I was awake till 5am.

To me, Lego City Undercover is as essential to Wii U as any Mario or Halo game. Use our search box and try entering "Lego City review" to see why, then try reading my review. People who like to be challenged may not find it great unless they try the big challenge - to get 100%. It's technically sloppy but rambunctiously fun.

Xbox One's cloud will feature three times the CPU and storage capacity of the core console, a Microsoft spokesperson has said.

According to Jeff Henshaw, Microsoft group program manager of Xbox Incubation and Prototyping, the Xbox One cloud will be just as crucial to developers as the hardware inside the console.
"[for every Xbox One] we're provisioning the CPU and storage equivalent of three Xbox Ones on the cloud," Henshaw told OXM.

"We're doing that flat out so that any game developer can assume that there's roughly three times the resources immediately available to their game, so they can build bigger, persistent levels that are more inclusive for players. They can do that out of the game."

The Xbox One's Xbox Live service will be "powered by 300,000 servers" according to Microsoft's Marc Whitten.

I'm divided as to whether this is good or not. I know for a fact it's not going to work unless you have a great broadband speed.

Sony has yet to confirm whether the PlayStation 4 will support used games. According to Keighley, the "console companies are becoming the bad guys," but it's the publishers that may seek DRM parity across both consoles.

"Sony, I think, has been seen as this kind of white knight so far that's not going to restrict used games," he said. "Based on some of the things I'm hearing, I don't think that's entirely true because I can't see publishers allowing one system to do one thing and one [to] do another.".

No!

And I believe you. But again you mentioned "alright in the end". I agree with this. My previous argument is about the now, from launch till now.

And my argument had many other dimensions to it other than that. I can't really type more without short changing the discussion. I will say those people who d - ah hell with this -  I can't really type more without short changing the discussion.  copy/paste Buy more games.

Still arguing something else. Me buying more games will not change the library the system has currently. Nothing can change that except more games which will be coming out later. This is not about liking a few games, its an overall general view of what this console offers at this moment looking at it from as general a view as possible.

You are so hung up on this "buy games" thing. It has nothing to do with any argument I have toward the Wii U. I can buy Lego City tomorrow, it can be my GOTY, and my opinion wont change. You keep thinking I am insulting Lego City or other Wii U games, I am not.

Sorry again, as I am sure your old post had a great argument but I feel that argument isnt really in allignment with what I am talking about.

"that argument"? You don't even know my argument as the editor deleted it. Once again this is pointless as a short reply once again leads to presumptions. I disagree with you, on quite a few issues and your viewpoint is framed around your personal experience. You seem to be very insistent that others can't have a different one. Once again you'll jump to a conclusion on what you think I am saying, because I don't have time to type a full reply. I suggest we leave it there.

Read that wrong, never mind. You can have your own viewpoint all you want. I am sharing mine.
