Too bad my internet usage is capped and am on slow bandwidth -- so much news. New Pokemon looks terrible from the screens I have seen. Wii U flops at Gamestop.
What is going on with Pokemon? As a fan of the series I was expecting a bigger jump.
And can someone tell my what Intelligent Systems games have been released for 3DS? The 3DS is so cheap I am looking for reasons to buy it.

Schweet, got my headphone amplifier for the Wii U
So if you play Mighty switch force on full volume you see how loud it is normally, there is no problem with the sound output on the U pad speakers or headphones. I thought Trine 2 sounded low but I went into the options and just upped the levels.
The only games/apps I have noticed a low volume with are Lovefilm and Assasins Creed 3 and I assume that there will be games/apps that have this same oversight in the future so I bought this amp.
The Fii O E3
It's half the size of a matchbook and half of that is taken up by the AAA battery. It costs $10 maybe less, even stylistically it matches the deluxe Wii U. Just tested out and boy does it work.
On low volume, almost silence you can hear a mild static which is unnoticible when you are actually playing something. The higher volume lets you actually hear things you couldn't before so the overall effect is that it feels like it actually boosts sound quality, everything is clearer and richer. It has no volume control so you just use the U pad slider to adjust the volume to your level. Most normal games are way too loud on the top volume, that's how good the device is and even on low volume games like AC3 you have to set it slightly away from top volume. So, very happy, it's tiny, cheap, looks good and works well.
Now to get that 15 hour Nyko U pad battery.
That's what I am hoping for.
