Razor's Edge sounds a bit better.
No hard feeling, I fucked your mom!
Why in the fuck did Nintendo's stock rise significantly today?!?!?!?!?!?
^They announced they had slowed their losses, so that probably beat street expectations.
The same reason my cock rose significantly today?
Thanks. I didn't know if I could do it, myself, honestly. But each unfinished level just sat there, taunting me.
Also, I can't afford new games.
This is a great article. It's one of the biggest problems in gaming journalism.
Videogame industry is totally clean guys and honest too. I swear.
Anyways...

Ahhhh yes the single most incentive for beating games. . . knowing your broke ass won't be buying a new one anytime soon.
Did they ever announce on the Nintendo Direct whether or not the factory fire will indeed cause a shortage of Wii U's or was that expected to be mentioned at another time? For some reason I kept thinking they'd talk about it tomorrow, though I can't figure out why or where they'd do it.
Indeed...
The US Nintendo Directs are very PR-ish. I doubt they'd ever mention something like that. But Reggie did recently say that if people can't get a Wii U it's because they aren't able to make them quickly enough.
They had an earnings release earlier this week, maybe it is somewhere in there.
Hey North Americans hss the U had any promotion over there, as in regular media?
Down here it is like it does not exist outside of the enthusiast group.
I haven't seen anything outside of Youtube ads. I have a feeling it won't be until a week or two before Thanksgiving that we start seeing any TV ads.
It may be because I have had about 20 hours of sleep over the last 5 days, but in any case, I need help joining the dots on what the big deal is about Geoff Keighley sitting next to snacks. He was getting paid to sit near them, so ...
It's a funny picture.
I've never enjoyed Mr. Keighley's work, but if you were to substitute any number of writers I do enjoy into that picture it wouldn't change my view of their work.
Games coverage is a commerical enterprise, right?
I don't have a point, I just don't get the outrage.
The writer of this article decided to quit since Eurogamer edited his story due to the people he called out threatening legal action. Here is a recap:
I'll do a short recap:
Also, I again suggest listening to Eurogamer's last podcast where they have a panel on the relationship between PR and reviewers. They specifically address several incidents in the past. One of the panel is from EDGE, and he explains (justifiably in my view) why it is appropriate for an editor to change a freelancers score on a game.
If you don't want to listent to it, it basically comes down to the editor being THE EDITOR. That would be enough for me, but he also talks about how as the editor he is responsible for curating the EDGE brand, and that includes matching the words of a review with the scoring standards of the magazine. And that he, as editor, has more knowledge of the brand than some freelancer who is not invested in the long term health of the reputation of a publication.
The Keighley picture is nothing, the man works in TV, he has to be around ads. All the football shows I watch have logos of sponsers everywhere. Good for Keighley for getting ad revenue.
Thanks Vader. And I thought soap operas were convoluted. Sheesh.
EDIT: Florence quiting/ being fired would not diminish any libel claim though... Wonder what happened there. Wainwright sounds like a complete... oh better hold off, don't want to get sued.
He quit because Eurogamer edited his story, was his choice.
What an idiot.
EDIT: Foolz, quick, Eurogamer has an opening!
