Yes please. GG you would love this one, we get into every aspect of the wii u. You may want to skip me shitting all over Silent Hill though.
I am deumbfounded at how Konami has totally messed up the Silent Hill franchise. The original is still a mastepiece, it ranks right up there with the best old school RE games. The template was so easy to follow but they kept making it worse and worse.
I have not played any of the current gen SH games outside of SM which to me is more of a side game than a true SH. For the most part it seems like the new SH aren't well reviewed and I dont know why. All they need to do is remake the original (for real this time, not the butchering of SM) and you would have a modern classic. Fix up the combat of course, do RE4 over the shoulder shooting, really work on melee to create some system where you have real struggles against the monsters. The atmosphere of the original is incredible, what they did on that PS1 hardware is mindblowing. I can only imagine the crazy level detail a modern version would have. Keep puzzles as complex as they were in the early SHs, and keep ammo low. You would have a true old school survival horror game redone with RE4 like mechanics so that the action doesnt suck.With a universe like SH anything goes. How does Konami screw this up, they have a playground that other series dont have cause they have established rules. They can have all sorts of neat ideas.

I am in a Silent Hill mood. I am going to buy the two current gen SH games for $30 total at newegg by far the best price I can find.
Yes and I hope they never work on it again. Go make an original game, leave this IP alone. Its Silent Hill in name only, it could have easily been anything else.
Who did Downpour? That got even worse reviews than Shattered IIRC.
