Look at this horrible email I got from Electronic Arts Customer Service. I was asking about transferring my Xbox gamertag to another email address that I have my PC and PS3 info on already for EA/Origin accounts.

I am able to understand your problem but unfortunately we cannot delete it, what we can do is we can disable it but after that you will not be able to play any game attached to it or any information and what we can do is we can only transfer your gamertag and psn id only after the verifivation before we disable the account as per your request, please reply us back what you want to do we will wait for your reply.


IF you want to disable the account and want to transfer the psn id or gamer tag please provide us the Email id EA account on which you want to answer along with date of birth and ful lname on the account mentioned, what else you can do is change your email address with a new email address which is not linked to any ea account.

Yeah pretty bad.

One good thing I will say about Ubisoft, I just did the same thing with my Uplay Account, and they were super easy to talk to and fixed it for me with no hassle at all. Electronic Arts on the other hand, don't even wanna be bothered.
