Absolutely. Fucking tragedy.
But for small shops likes Half-Brick, is that pretty much over for the Aussie development community?
Homer, post up your pic of Iga.
Is this your form of mutually assured destruction?
Edit: (For those too lazy to look it up... okay, Foolz).
Mutual Assured Destruction, or mutually assured destruction (MAD), is a doctrine of military strategy and national security policy in which a full-scale use of high-yield weapons of mass destruction by two opposing sides would effectively result in the complete, utter and irrevocable annihilation of both the attacker and the defender,[1] becoming thus a war that has no victory nor any armistice but only effective reciprocal destruction.
Yes.
It will go like this
So...yeah...Driver San Fransisco...
The driving model feels bloody heavy, but the cutscenes aren't too shabby. And the shifting? Well...I need a better justification than "lol I can do it now".
Yet I'm curious to play more.
I don't know, I wouldn't say it's big, it's more concentrated in certain areas. From what I can see, if you take 10 rioters, 2 of them are white - chavs we call them or hoodies and then the rest are black and asian mix - when I say Asian I mean Bangeledeshi, Pakistani - the orientals don't seem to be involved at all. I'm not white, but you can see that in the Tottenham riots at least, the majority are black people. In other parts of the country which flared up last night there is a much larger white prescence in the riots.
I think part of the problem is that many immigrants come to country, live in these crappy areas, get crappy schooling, crappy employment opportunities and then are left with nothing. So they have no respect for authority or other people's property. They join gangs
One problem we have here is that there are a lot of illegal immigrants and people who claim asylum. Even if politicians disagree the courts grant many people asylum, people who can't even financially support themselves. Then they go on benefits, paid for by working tax payers, they have large families which are also supported by the state. They bring in their families from those countries and claim asylum or have sham marriages to get people a green card equivalent.
You missed it, Agnates posted it a while back.
Pretty quiet last night in London, they flooded the city with police from around the country. So........ the people rioted in other english cities where the police weren't.
Aw...
Oh wow, check out the other pics
The World is not Enough just arrived. I am playing it right now.

The N64 game?
Skyrim pic
no GG read the edit, the awesome jRPG (according to Leo, Robio and Bugsy) on the DS.
I actually have the American version of the game, your boxes are skinny and my cartridge is black.
We could always play Killzone 2 or 3, Aspro.
TWEWY is an interesting game. The visual are very unique in both the setting (it takes place in Shibuya instead of generic grassy field) and character design (I am definitely getting a streetware vibe). The battle system is unique, you fight on two screens at the same time. Enemies appear at both screen, but they share one health bar. You appear on the bottom screen and your partner in the top screen and you also share a health bar. Your partner is controlled by the D-pad or buttons and you solely by the touchscreen. Coordinating your attacks will kill enemies much faster.
There is also lots of customization, everything can be changed from levels to difficulty. This game has it all so far. Unique graphics and setting, unique battle system and unique customization. It uses the DS unique control system and dual screens. So far so good and no random battles as of yet.
This is complete horseshit Reggie, I'm sorry. What the fuck does the taste of people in Europe have to do with America? Moreover, by the time they DO decide to release these games in the USA, people will be gearing up for the Wii 2 and nobody will buy any damn way! Last Story should be on its way, and Xenoblade should have already come out over here.
Oh, and Xenosaga sold better in the USA than it did anywhere else...including Japan. Maybe they should have looked at Monolith's fanbase instead of just Nintendo's own.
I'm pretty sure the game won't sell anywhere near enough in europe for NOA to take notice. Get ready for Reggie to say "The sales of the game in europe don't justify release in America"
What if it was a Wii U HD version like these upscaled PS2 trilogies on PS3?
That's population control in a very fucked up way. I've often wondered if humanity doesn't have some kind of built in mechanism that makes us off each other before we grow out of hand.
This sounds exactly like America. No wonder our governments are such pals.
Sure I'd buy them on the Wii 2, but I doubt many others would. And as I said, the games should be either out now or on their way, so regardless I shouldn't HAVE to wait for any Wii 2 ports or whatever. Import looks very likely now. What's a good import site, anybody?
