New Ocarina of time footage.
I dont think it was confirmed for end of this year worldwide in the first place. I think they said one territory but I may be mistaken.
I've only been playing Avadon.
I finished the shaman companion chick's homeland quests (and a few side quests here and there before moving on with the main plot), that was pretty good (and tough, maybe I went too early?) except for the very end. You get to make a choice there about an NPC but after making it, nothing changes, you can even talk to the NPC again and have the same dialogue and choose something else, Bioware style. Couldn't he at least make the dialogue show the matter is closed and they'll make preparations for what you chose or whatever, even if nothing more actually happens before your eyes? Other dialogues in the game do at least do this.
Also, maybe I suck at this because I'm reading online how people manage to go through whatever area, on Torment difficulty, without using skills or consumables, to show that the system is apparently broken and too easy, but I often have trouble on Hard and resort to using up many consumables (like group healing scrolls, blessing stones, etc), which aren't virtually infinite as in other games, money is limited despite selling all that loot. Traders only sell limited supplies anyway, and you'll want to spend the money on armor and other things depending on the part you're on (I just got to a castle and there's a tailor and a smith that sell some good stuff and I only have enough money for a few pieces, nowhere near enough to get things for all my party).
Anyway, fun game so far, I only have minor issues with it, for what it is.

And an inventory, stats/skills & buying screen.

The optimist proclaims we live in the best of all possible worlds

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Sure, I should be able to play a bit after 9 pm est.
Cool I will be on don't know when Steels going to be on. I saw Angel on now...
Wow! Without spoiling much, remember something that was rumored to be in San Andreas, but it wasn't. Well, it's in Undead Nightmare. In fact, it's an achievement.
Wow got my ass kicked at Gears but I'm getting better. To do really well like the first and second one you need to have mic and really stay in touch with your playing without mic, is like playing halfway.
I have my mic somewhere. Yeah, I kinda sucked too. It's really sluggish compared to U2 and I need to get used to the differences.
You do get better at it, we will play again I started getting better after a while, it is frustrating when the other team is so much better and they have advanced weapons ..
Me too. I've liked most of the updates. I like them in general, makes my 360 feel like it's new.
Oh, but note that it will be distributed in 6 waves, not all on the same day -- so you may have to wait more than 10 days.
Brink review scores:
Sucks, Brink had potential, hope an early release doesn't kill that.
It seems to be getting good scores from almost everyone though. Maybe now that Ars and Game Informer came out and said something it may prompt 1UP and the two others that were down on the game to take another look considering that they were given shit review code.
From that 1UP review it seems like the dude didn't know or care that the retail copy would be different.
.... I just checked again. 1UP has added a caveat at the end of the review:
"Editor's Note: This review was conducted before a day-one patch which is said to address, "sporadic visual glitches at distance, texture pop-up and some minor networking issues." We will play a few rounds with the patch applied and update the review text accordingly."
007?! Please tell me Eurocom is developing this.
Fifa 12 3DS
EA SPORTS FIFA 12 will deliver the most authentic, innovative and feature-rich 3D football experience on Nintendo 3DS when the game launches this autumn. FIFA 12 on Nintendo 3DS will feature over 500 officially licensed clubs, new touch screen controls that will change the gameplay experience, and the first ever 3D Street Football. With eight different game modes, it is the largest feature set ever developed by EA SPORTS for a hand-held football game.
Take to the pitch with superstars like Real Madrid’s Kaká and Manchester United’s Wayne Rooney, and become a true marksman using all-new optional touch screen controls. Enjoy precision shooting by picking a spot precisely from the player’s viewpoint using the lower touch screen and then finessing a shot with pinpoint accuracy. Utilize touch screen controls on set pieces to draw a shot that curves the ball around, or even power it over the wall for the match-winning goal that lifts your club to victory.
"We challenged our development team to develop innovative features that would maximize the FIFA experience on 3DS. They delivered intuitive new touch screen controls and a curved pitch in our Street mode that truly brings the 3D elements to life," said Matt Prior, Producer for FIFA 12 on Nintendo 3DS. "When you combine these features and many other innovations with all the authentic players and kits for the upcoming season, we are confident that this will be the best football game available on Nintendo 3DS."
Whether fans choose to take to the pitch as a real-world superstar or re-create themselves in the first-ever 3D Street Football Mode, the environment will come alive through an innovative curved pitch and unique lower camera view that maximizes 3D planes, enabling gamers to experience the depth of the field and player movement with full 3D effects. Featuring players wearing the latest street gear, the stage will be set for epic 5 versus 5 matches in exotic street locales and indoor environments that are true to the spirit of street football. Plus, in Be A Pro Mode, fans will be able to take their created player on a journey from the streets to ultimately compete for their favourite club and national side and become the next football legend.
FIFA 12 on Nintendo 3DS will feature fully authentic 11 versus 11 gameplay, head-to-head online matches using Nintendo® Wi-Fi Connection, Tournament Mode with over 50 real-world competitions, a full in-depth Career Mode that enables gamers to play or manage their way to glory, 3D Street Football, Be A Pro and a Training Mode. It also features nine different camera angles to choose from for the perfect view of the pitch.
FIFA 12 will be available in stores world-wide this autumn for Nintendo 3DS and is being developed by EA SPORTS at EA Canada in Burnaby, B.C. The game has not yet been rated.
Perhaps that's their reasoning behind RROD.
Why would Activision want Eurocom developing a new Bond game after they just made the best one since the N64 days? That would make sense!
Way to ruin the moment
It will probably be an N-Space DS game.
Maybe they will port GE 007 to the other systems?
