It's the same game regardless of what they bother listing on any given store as windows version. And it should work fine under 7.

This game is called 1404 in Europe and Dawn of Discovery in the US? They released it on PC and then Wii and DS versions. Is the PC game that much different than the wii game other than visuals? I see the bullet points on the listing and it sounds like it's doing the same thing as the wii game, meet the orient etc.

If I had windows XP I would snap up the PC version for £3.79

It's not often that you see a lowly-rated network get dropped from a lineup for a cable/satellite provider. The network usually gets canned altogether. You have to wonder if the network has just started a slippery slope into obscurity now... Thanks to Dinofan for the heads up!

So that Shenmue City web game made for Japanese Yahoo or whatever that everyone was quick to dismiss as a SEGA cash in that has nothing to do with the original is being developed by Yu Suzuki's new studio, Ys Net. Andriasang has the first information from the game's website as well as about the actual studio. No words.

So what's the verdict on the Timesplitters games guys? I never played 1, but I heard that in hindsight, it's not so good? I got 2 and 3. Liked 2 a lot, didn't like 3 very much.

Three was the best, they fixed the targetting (which to me felt laggy in the first one).  They had cool bots and design a level, the game tiself was the perfect level of difficulty (challenging while still fun) and the game exhibited a sense of humor.

It was why Haze was such a dissapointment to me.

Sounds good, I have to wait until next month to DL (I'm already close to my 10 gig cap), but a reboot for the dashboard has been sorely needed since they dumped the blades.
