I don't think I even touched Modern Warfare 1 & 2 or World at War's single player. I did play some co-op with my cousins with W@W but that's about it.

I just wanted a really cool James Bond game and Goldeneye is probably one of the best I played in awhile. I have to pick it up soon. I want to wait for a price drop but I may just snag it with my next pay check.

And I'm probably going to skip Black Ops. My 360 is still kind of in the gutter. And I'm pretty tired of the CoD formula playing online. I just want some good single player and Goldeneye is pretty good for that.

If you just want some good single player and you're low on funds, really you should just boot up WaW of COD4 and play the single player campaign.

Looks like Game Informer are the odd ones out. Even Gamesradar which complains about control problems which don't exist, or which can be negated by using the controller options.

EDIT: 7/10 from Eurogamer, will read now.

Seems that some reviews say the single player is 11 hrs and has replayability on top of that with the new objectives at higher difficulty.
