Too many fighting games, I think that will hurt them more than help... They just put out SSFIV, people consider this the "definitive" beat em up from CAPCOM at the moment, now they're gonna bring out Marvel VS Capcom 3 as the definitive VS game of the moment, but on top of that they'll also bring out TWO more VS games, both based around Tekken, one with SF gameplay the other with Tekken gameplay? Where do these two Tekken vs games fit then, is the one with 2D gameplay as good as SSFIV but with more characters thanks to the Tekken cast which may make people feel like it's an upgrade that's come way too soon? Or is it gonna be with the crazy VS gameplay and therefor compete with the Marvel vs game, having people torn over which to get, looking at which has the most characters available etc? And as for the 3D gameplay version, I suppose that could sell to Tekken fans as a great revival for the franchise after it got so stale but I don't see Capcom fans buying it over the other titles, and for all we know it may not even be a great Tekken game for the fans since it's made by Capcom and not Namco... This is all very weird and too much milking at the same time. Unless the Tekken stuff is all one game that lets you choose which mode to play, 3D or 2D gameplay? Meh. Oh well, it will at least all be cool to see, Capcom rocks.
