That robot is a transformer, it is turing into a helicopter as it explodes.
To me it looked lke it played like every other shooter, just with cooler animations for actions. All those weird slides and flips instead of something ordinary like a roll or a dive. But with the same purpose really. I hope I'm wrong.

Um...what? Futuristic racing with modern cars? Is that like Motorstorm: Revenge of Mad Max?
Looks cool but kind of out of place.
I don't have a PS3 but I don't think I'd get it if I did. I already have Blur and Split/Second and I got that pretty good and underrated Sonic and Sega All-Stars Racing, so I'm not buying a racing game for full retail price never again!
But I would get it if it was cheaper.

That's what you get when you have a Japanese developer trying to be all western and making a shooter!
It could be genius or it could be another...well... P.N.03!
Joking aside, Lost Planet 2 makes me weary of any Japanese developer trying to make a third person or first person shooter like western developers.
But hope it comes out good.

I don't like first person shooters, give me third person all the time. But I like action games like DMC more. Combine the two and you have this.
LP2 is Takeuchi, the guy that desperately tries to make games as good as Mikami. Mikami pisses out better games than LP2. Vanquish will be awesome.

I am not trying to own anyone I am just making a comment. I won't say Takeuchi sucks cause his team did a great job with RE5, of course following the template set before him. But he isn't a visionary, he seems to go with the most popular idea. Co-op and multiplayer is popular so lets add it to every game, type thing.
Yeah, and playable half-naked female characters with barely any armor on!
