I'm a real big proponent of personal responsibility so I don't disagree that people get what they deserve, but it's hard to argue that QVC isn't being damn near predatory in this case. QVC is watched primarily by trailer trash and old ladies (and probably old trailer trash ladies I bet). They're clearly playing on old ladies buying something for the grandkids who don't know any better.
QVC is certainly in the wrong, but considering the sheer amount of "Now only $199.99" Wii commercials Nintendo has been airing on TV since September, they really should know better.
"If you use your Wii online a lot, and for some reason you don't have a regular keyboard to hook up, then you might be interested in Nyko's Type Pad Pro. This is one of the many items Nyko will be showing off while at CES 2010. Nyko will also being showing off the current Charge Base IC, but with a new black color option."
WTF? GG needs one of these for his Animal Crossing online adventures!
Yep. I quit just before this officially launched. Got to admit they did a nice job of integrating this expansion into the game. In the zone that will have entrance to the expansion levels, an army of robotic insects has attacked and there's battles with these bugs going on all over the place. These robotic bugs will be common enemies once you get down into the Underfoot area.
Looks like a tampon.

US, December 15, 2009 - NPD Group has released the top 10 game console software sales for 2009 through November in the United States.
Unsurprisingly, Activision's Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 for Xbox 360 remains king, despite sales only accounting for one month.
And it's all smiles for Nintendo, as the Japanese company continues to print money with five total titles making the list, and taking four out of the top five overall.
Below is the list, with the title's release month and units sold (including collectors' editions and bundles).
1 - Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (Xbox 360) - November 2009 - 4.2 million
2 - Wii Fit w/ Balance Board (Wii) - May 2008 - 3.5 million
3 - Wii Sports Resort w/ Wii Motion Plus (Wii)- July 2009 - 2.4 million
4 - Wii Mario Kart w/ wheel (Wii) - April 2008 - 2.2 million
5 - Wii Play w/ Remote (Wii) - February 2007 - 2.1 million
6 - Halo 3: ODST (Xbox 360) - September 2009 - 2 million
7 - Pokemon Platinum Version (DS) - March 2009 - 1.9 million
8 - Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (PlayStation 3) - November 2009 - 1.9 million
9 - Madden NFL 10 - August 2009 (Xbox 360) - 1.5 million
10 - New Super Mario Bros. Wii (Wii) - November 2009 - 1.4 million
GP: What kinds of upcoming PS3 titles will benefit from motion control?
Koller: It's a pretty seamless toolset that's going to accent gameplay substantially. In terms of the best types of games, I'd say that right now we're looking a real wide variety of genres that can utilize the technology. I think the areas that are going to be really critical to our success will be family games, as well as shooters and sports games. Those are going to be the areas that will really define success, because they're areas that quite honestly, I think Project Natal and the Wii are going to have trouble matching, from a differentiation standpoint. We look at motion control as being that much more than what exists on the market. The Holy Grail of gaming is placing you as a consumer into the game physically. When we provide further details, people will see exactly where we're going, not only from a technological standpoint on the hardware, but also where the gameplay is transitioning. It's going to be a really exciting launch.
I don't know what I want more. His job, or to punch him in the face for being so patronizing.
Anyway, a DLC is coming this month on the 23rd which will have 35 whole new tracks! That's basically a whole new game since the original download has 35 tracks.
Only 400pts! Which is good because that's how much I have left!
Looking forward to it!
