Is it wrong that I can only recognize three people?
I see Iwata, Hori and Yoichi Wada...who's the dude on the left?
That's just some excited guy from the audience, who wanted to be part of the moment. He ran in and put his hand down at the last second.
Lol. Afterwards, the other three guys just gave him a puzzled look.
I dont care for handheld games, I kind of put up with them.
Xplays GOTY awards are awesome...
Fallout 3 beats out Fable 2 as best RPG. MGS4 wins best action/adventure game. Yet Fable 2 wins GOTY.
What?
Except for Fedor Iwata, he has put on his pokerface!
The really puzzling thing is......
Someone actually paying attention to Xplay!
Rygar Wii
I'm going to rent Rygar when it comes out. I never played the PS2 version, so this game will be completely new to me. It kinda reminds me of Soul Calibur Legends which I actually liked (also a rental).
GC/Wii Re-releases
I might be interested in the Pikmin and Mario Tennis Wiimakes. I don't have Mario Tennis, and adding cool features to Pikmin might make it a nice upgrade.
Tom Nook is an Asshole!
Everyday now, Nook keeps trying to sell me a useless stopwatch. I don't need a stopwatch! I need an effing axe and a slingshot!
One of the site's forefathers.
Play fighting games!
I've got to read that, I can't see the thread though, is all the chat in the DS thread? I watched and read the Scribblenaughts thing at IGN, I still have no clue how this game will work. I played the Locks Quest demo and didn't like it at all, but it seemed okay.
Here we go: Fallout 3 is a better rpg, but Fable 2 is a better game. There you go. Paradox solved. Sort of. Who votes for the X-play awards?
I'm actually interested in a couple of these Wiimakes for games I never picked up. DK Junglebeat is suppossed to be a very good game, I didn't get it because of the bongo controls but now it has new content and you can use a standard controller or wii remote (although you could use a GC controller before). You are getting a traditional awesome 2-D Donkey Kong, platformer in the vein of DK Country.
I never picked up Mario tennis, I didn't fall in love with the N64 game, even though it was quite decent, I preffered virtua tennis by a mile. But I love Wii tennis and the controls particularly. If then can match the controls of that game in Mario Tennis then I may get this too. And I never picked up Pikmin 2 either, so assuming that comes out, it's mine. But it all depends on the price and what other stuff is out at the time.
And even though I don't like re-buying games, the control in MP3 is so good that I find replaying MP1 and 2 difficult. If they released those two games and matched MP3 controls, I might have to get those too.
Very disappointed with how Castlevania Judgement turned out. I was really hoping it would turn out at least decent. I will still probably give it a rental sometime in the future.
I'm at least glad Dragon Quest is returning to the home consoles so I'll definately be looking forward to DQX.
Still really want to get Red Alert 3 very soon. I love these kinds of games. Also need to get Left 4 Dead soon too. These will probably be my next two game purchases in the following weeks.
Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD is indeed an awesome game and very well redone by the teams that were involved.
I have DK Junglebeat. It's a really fun game. I played a demo of it at my local Best Buy store, and I had so much fun with it, that I immediately bought it, bongos and all. I still play it every now and then for highscores.
Pikmin 2 is awesome! It's like 5X bigger than the original game.
Yeah, I'd probably pick Metroid Prime up again if it had Metroid Prime 3 controls. I absolutely loved Metroid Prime.
Huh?
All of those are decent to good scores.
Supreme AC never shut up about jungle beat, Edgecrusher the same with Pikmin 2. I resisted.
Mediocre to okay scores. Although Disaster has been getting from 5.5s to 8.5s which is weird. I love it though.
My Spidey sense is tingling. Share we me your thoughts brother of the web.
You shouldn't resist either of those games, GG. That's just CRAAAZZZY!
Hmm, 5.0-5.9 is "mediocre," 6.0-6.9 is "fair" or "decent," and 7.0 is considered to be "good" by most reviewers. D- is 6.0-6.4 range. At least here in the U.S.
