I get what you are saying, but a lot of games where shown before, and it was revealed at last year's E3. Nothing to hate abuot it, it's mega man but with a look that has never been seen before. It's kinda like Viewtiful Joe, but more original.
In what way?
aspro said:Seems like Horizon is getting plenty of love, I have not seen any footage or screens yet. Foolz, what do you think of it given you Gorilla love experience? I mean Guerilla.
I'm glad it's not Killzone. The weak point stuff looked cool, if simple. And it has robot dinosaurs, so it's obviously going to be great.
Not a fan of the perpetual motion grass, though. Looks like that's going to be a thing now.
Gagan said:Do you actually like a Killzone game besides Killzone 2?
Define like.

Call of Duty 3's grass was my favourite part of the demo I played in 2007!

That was a visionary game.

You think they are good games.
Because Killzone 2's multiplayer was rad.
Killzone 3's multiplayer was the opposite of rad.
Killzone Shadow Fall was boredom to the tenth power divided by the square root of hoetry. The campaigns suck universally.

Cell-shading had been done when VJ had been come out. No-one has tried the silent-movie era cartoon shorts style before.

I dug 2 and 3's campaign. 1 sucked and Shadow Fall was excrementally bad.

Cuphead is a close second. That's making me consider skipping a PS4 and going either Xbox or Master Race.
SMM seemed to get universal praise, even from sources not usually favorable to Nintendo (Giantbomb).
Giantbomb is favorable. Jeff is just tired of the same old shit, Patrick and now Dan are there to always go to bat for Nintendo stuff. Plus that one year it was mostly Brad who got put on Nintendo game duty, and they were pretty high on Link Between Worlds.
I need a new Jeff yoshi rant though, I need Jeff rage, it's great.

DIdn't you hate 3's campaign?
Fortunately I like every Killzone game. But then I like everything.

No I really enjoyed it, I just fucking hated that last 10 minutes of the game.
Oops, wrote a replay to your question, Gagan, then edited it into me asking Aspro a question.
Here's the short version where like=good game.
Killzone 1's campaign: don't like.
Killzone 2's campaign: apathy (mediocre). Multiplayer: love (best thing since Halo was sliced in 2).
Killzone 3's campaign: like (decent cod plagiarism at times, honestly had more fun than with the campaigns of the other 2). Multiplayer: hate (terrible, not bad. Terrible).
Where like=affection:
Killzone 1: like.
Killzone 2: love.
Killzone 3: despise; but fuck me if the story isn't hilarious. Great beards, too.

Great beards indeed.
I feel like its tough to pick favorites at this E3 because even though there was a ton of awesome stuff, not much was shown on the majority of it because the majority of it doesn't hit until 2016. It was a show filled with amazing teasers.

The Rare Replay is reason enough for me to get a One, believe it or not, but I still wouldn't get Cuphead.
I'm really looking forward to Rare Collection.
There's a ton of awesome games in there that I didn't even realize were made by Rare, from the pre N64 days. And Jet Force Gemini being on there kicks so much ass...I've been wanting to replay that game for years. I wonder if they're using the 360 versions of Banjo and Perfect Dark? I hope so because they're quite a bit more polished than the originals.
