"How often do you wake up and have no idea where you are?"
Not for awhile, but probably didn't used to be all that rare. it's worse when it happens when you haven't just woken up.
"Or who you are?"
Don't think this has happened; unless you mean a lack of awareness of your existance? Even if you did not know who you are, then you would still know that you are...no?* Well the alternative has only happened under anaesthetic. Though a lack of awareness---at least physically---isn't too rare. Who everyone else is: see above.
Unless you mean like amnesia? I don't equate memory with knowledge of who you are, though.
Isn't Kettle a brand of chip and not a type?
*If you don't know who you are, you are someone without that knowledge, but to know that you dont' know who you are, then you must be aware that you are and thus know that you are someone.
To elaborate I've recently woken up and not known my identity or had any familiarity with what is around me. It has only happened twice, and not lasted for more than a half minute. I'll know I am a human male but nothing beyond that. It was fairly alarming.
Not knowing where I am (either U S or Australia) is less frequent than it was. I often cannot recall which home I am in of the various ones I have had. I imagine for someone like Davidar who trabels constsntly it must be a regular occurance.
aspro said:Kettle is a type. Less common hete than in US.

I see what you mean then. The good old mini-stroke.
This: "Kettle-style chips (known as hand-cooked in the UK/Europe) are traditionally made by the "batch-style" process, where all chips are fried all at once at a low temperature profile, and continuously raked to prevent them from sticking together. There has been some development recently where kettle-style chips are able to be produced by a "continuous-style" process (like a long conveyor belt), creating the same old-fashioned texture and flavor of a real kettle-cooked chip."?
"how often do you wake up each night (me about 4 or 5)."
0-infinity.
10 years ago I'll go with ruffled in small doses. Now I'll say kettle...err, the brand. I'm not sure if those are actually kettle, though.
There's both unanswered ones.
I usually wake up once to go pee.
Never woke up not knowing where or who I am, thankfully.
Baked thin cut potato chips are my favorite.
If we're talking snacks, Onion Rings kick ass.
Sliced potato crisps? Kettle Chips are probably the best.
Lightly salted is the best
Kettle Chips is a brand, but other companies have tried replicating them with mixed results.
I normally munch on these while gaming:
But since I love putting Ketchup on everything, my girlfriend got me into these lately:
I hate Ketchup, the smell puts me off. It hits the back of my nose.
You, my friend, are insane.
I like cooking spaghetti and putting ketchup and butter on it instead of pasta....or making macaronni & cheese and blasting it with ketchup....mmmm

Oh yes, those are absolutely amazing. They're only available here every few years.

I think this is probably the most un-Italian food ever. It's great, though.
Related: how often do you wake up each night (me about 4 or 5).
Unrelated: Favorite form of potato chip (not corn). Thin cut, wavy, Ruffled, Kettle? I cannot decide between Ruffled or Kettle.
