Well I would like it even earlier but I dont know what schedule they have, the issue is that its like an hour long, 4:30am is really damn late (I wont be able to wake up in time to buy turnips, :lol

The problem is that I get off work at 6pm, and it takes me a good 10 minutes to get back. You guys could start without me, provided I send off the notes to someone.

Audacity is free and multiplatform.
I've also used Goldwave on Windows for years.
It's only useful if everyone does it, though.

Same problem here. Audacity will crash my computer. It already happened once before.

Those were quick examples, there are lighter-weight options. Messer is one.
Also a note in case anyone thinks to try it, Windows Sound Recorder has a max recording length of 60 seconds.
