i think my basement upgrade was more expensive than 370k.  more something like 560k or thereabouts if i'm not mistaken.

only have sailor outfit and hat towards the village people.  and i don't even think there was a sailor among them, or was there?

No man, basement is 368'000 roughly. Then its built and you must have made the last payment (which only gives you a godamn flag) so its not worth doing.

Once you've got the basement, there is no reason to pay off the rest of the debt to Nook.

i get what you mean.  368 grand is to pay off the first floor upgrade which then enables you to have the basement upgrade which you never actually have to pay for as it doesn't get you anything more cept the stupid flag.  i just hate debt so much that i had to pay it off, it didn't even occur to me that nothing would happen if i never paid it

So now that you've maxed out your house are you thinking of expanding into other properties like me? Happy

not yet.  i'm thinking of becoming the shanti benefactor before doing that.  i just hate having debt (in game as well as in real life) so i will enjoy a bit of freedom before i venture into the property game in animal crossing Nyaa

ps my gates are open.  all welcome for fishing, or hide n seek or whatever you like.  nook buys turnips for no more than 88 though i'm afraid

Lets head to the abyss!
I'm bringing my Killer whale.

Man, without Wii Speak online in Endless Ocean is useless. Sad

Yeah its useless. There should be a location finder. So you hit a button and the camera snaps to the other player. And Wii Speak is just a requistite. It feels pointless without it.

And the game needs more stuff to do online, like trading items.

LOL how much did she invest? My turnips were 77 bells today. I bailed early wednesday for 147 bells. Not a bad return.

Check to see if someone accidentely loosed a connection. Use the wii speak channel and you can see if the wavey lines on screen move, which show it registering your voice when you speak.

Did the blue light come on? Was your TV volume too loud? How far away were you sitting? Try shouting next time.

Bugs didn't you say that you had to unpack your system whenever you wanted to play? Did you remember which USB port you used for Wii Speak when you set it up? I think its important. I use the same one all the time.

that's a good point, thanks.  no, i can't say for sure it was the same one.  in fact it may not have been as i now realised there was no blue light on the wiispeak mic today when i turned it on in the settings
