Will all this E3 excitement I'm forgetting to check turnip prices.

Check em guys.

Ugh. I had my Nook buying them at 59 bells. My wife got stalked by a tarantula, LOL although she managed to catch it, she freaked out. She didn't know the tarantula goes straight after you to bit you. She caught a piranha and a Goliath beetle.

I have relinquished my dominance in this game to my wife. She already plays it for longer than me, even in my obsessed period. She logs in two or three times a day, arranges flowers, changes paths, hoards fish and bugs, buys insane amounts of turnips, and has managed to pay her house until the basement stage in only a fraction of the time it took me to reach the same goal.

I didn't know that about spiders.

Your wife has basement of clothes. LOL!

Your paths are nice. I like the flower patterns around nooks.

I'm at 130 or so this afternoon. I'm tempted to give it another day, but I have this nagging feeling that I'm going to burn in fucking hell if I wait more. Bought them at 97 so it's about 40 bells of profit for each turnip.

awesome, you need to give us your friend code.  if you can also give us your wii friend code.  it's also very helpful to know your timezone (in a way we understand ie how many hours ahead of GMT?)

i think i gathered up the codes of all of us here who play the game:

you will find codes and timezones for gaminggeek, steelattack, dvader, bugsonglass, travo and ravenprose in the following spreadshit which gg made (but hasn't updated in ages Sad )

http://i43.tinypic.com/v3hvl4.jpg

dvader is going through a temporary hiatus, and raven gave up on the game completely.  the rest on there play the game and you are likely to find open gates relatively often.

you also need to add anrymonkey: code 3437-9858-4865,  town: eekanema,  name: sil.  i think monkey is on central time ie GMT - 6 (correct me if i'm wrong monkey)

steel's wife: code: 2106-5763-8161, town: Chestnut, name: pinky, timezone GMT - 6

rragnaar: code: 0302-6434-3527. town: Smeurgen, rag is in idaho but i'm unsure whether that is mountain time or pacific time.

rragnaar plays the game but none of the others have had a chance of a visit with him but hopefully soon.

so you have quite a few people to add.  hopefully see you online soon

my wii's code is 5528 3390 0870 4319.

I imported my profile from the DS, but it doesn't seem to have done me much good.  Where did all my stuff go?

 LOL

Yoda needs to make some virtual table that's easier to update.

I have to update the table, take a screen print, edit the screen print then host it. And then some other smart ass decides to suddenly post a code and I have to do it all over again.

Actually, while I was hesitating like a pussy, my broker went out on a limb and sold everything at 137 bells, neat profit if you buy large numbers of turnips. She has now a good million bells, and I ended up with 3/4 of a million. We are on 109 bells now.

My wife is obsessed right now. She's just caught a hammerhead shark and a rainbow beetle. 18K bells between those two. I don't even play the game anymore, I just sit back and watch her run after tarantulas. LOL

Hey does anyone ever have trouble catching fish sometimes. Usually it's no problem but sometimes they sploosh and I try to reel them in but they always escape.   Can't figure out if I'm too quick or slow or what. Is everyone always able to reel in the fish they hook?

Your font is teh tiny. Nyaa

You need a silver rod. Some fish will escape before you have enough time to reel in, presumably the rarest specimens. A silver rod gives you more time to catch them. Problem is, silver rods are hard to come by. I haven't seen one in my Nook ever.
