Took a good half hour to load a 360p ver of the trailer. Hard to say what I feel about it. Can't really see the quality of the visuals at the videos resolution. The music and atmosphere is awesome like Studio Ghibli. Everyone seen Princess Monoke yet?
However not sure what to think about this game. When I think Zelda I think dungeons, bosses, some epic ganon cutscenes. This appears to be Link in the wilderness cutting some trees?
Like all the hunting bits from Ass Creed 3 I ignored.
Well then that was awesome. What a way to start the game, JUST GO! That world!!!!!!!! Resource gathering kind of scares me, seems too easy to stock up on health, not that you need it. COmbat looked cool, mostly the same. It has that bullet time thing which is ok. I like the freedom on gameplay, seems enemies react, you can do emergent things in the world. I liked most of it. The freedom is the best part, no dumb hand holding tutorials, its just like Zelda 1, start and go. You figure it out.

I think it looks awesome, love that its going the open world direction that all the big games are going...only makes sense now that the tech is there to do it. If it has the good ol' dungeons sprinkled in everywhere a la Elder aScrolls this is going to be one of the best Zelda's ever. This is what the Wii U needed at launch...oh well.
Still it looks too much for the Wii U to handle well. NX day 1 confirmed. I wish it was on the PS4. LOL
Took them way too long with this but they're delivering what I want. If only they could also bring back Metroid now with this kind of care. These are exactly the kinds of games people want more of out of Nintendo.
