You can easily add all your 'wiiu friends' through the recommended friends menu. That's how I would add you now anyway, no need for long numbers or unwieldy names.

I want to live in the alternate world where Nintendo made the switch controls like with triggers that were good, and buttons that actually had some oomph to them when you pressed down on them. and didn't come up with that dumbass dog ear thing. And maybe analog sticks that didn't have the most ridiculous deadzone. And an eshop that was organized and not amatuer hour as fuck. Oh and a virtual console day damn fucking one.
Zelda was rad, I mean I probably should have just played it on the WiiU, and not bought the switch for it like a sucker, but I have a fetish apparently for spending my money on stupid things. So, wut ya gonna do amarite? Spla2n I'm sure is rock solid like the first game, how Nintendo handles basic features about that game is retarded, but hey the gameplay is still good. Arms is kind of interesting tho. I doubt I get as much out of it as Tekken 7 or even what I get out of Marvel v Capcom, and oh man when they finally release that bitchin DBZ fighting game from arc systems, or even For Honor....that's a lot of games that it probably won't stack up favorably to.

Okay, so with Splatoon 2 I can definately see the improvement in graphics performance. The lobbies are not as active as the current Splatoon lobbies on Wii U, but I think that is because they are trying to link me to people in this region first. Then after 4 minutes they bail on that (due to lack of users) and hook me up with Japan.
I am enjoying the Switch now I have a game I like.
I had a few minutes and was going to try it out but the opening cut scene takes forever and can’t be skipped. I had to bail before even moving.
I will look for it.
