This game is pretty damn great. Yeah it auto runs but Nintendo has managed to include most every element from Mario games. You got the usual variety of locations, including ghost houses. Since it's always moving its more of a score attack style of game than a explore the level for secrets. Think of it like you are always in speed run mode, it's fast and exciting. The levels are experts designed and they all have three different versions of coin loadouts, With five colored special coins to find in each different loadouts. There are multiple characters to play as with all the usual moves each character has.
The toad rush mode is super addicting as you play versus others ghosts in a crazy coin attack race. This allows you to unlock collectibles to decorate the menu screen and unlock characters.
It's a Mario game, its just one where you don't stop moving . Besides that it's all very much by the book, it's all stuff from NSMB. Best phone game I've played.
Yeah it's quite fun. The only thing that I need to get use to is how you automatically mantle short ledges and can climb over enemies.

And I don't like Mario 2d platformers anyway. Lokoed good on Fallon though.
