Oh, the two Australian idiots would definitely take advantage of that when it comes to podcast discussion.

Thank you for the breakdown as otherwise, as an Australian idiot, I wouldn't have been sure which part you thought would have been a good title. <3

But we both have the money to make up for it so it's the same appeal.

Any chance of getting an editors pick tick box for the news updates in a different colour?

Sometimes there is a good article well worth reading but it isn't big news so I don't want to mark it as black.

I approve of this idea

Another suggestion relating to the News Board.

Indicating on the story the number of clicks it has gotten. I know I suggested this a long while back and you said we'd be shocked by how low the click-thrus are, but better us knowing than living in a fool's paradise. At least then me and Geek would know what the community is interested in.

I know this might be too heavy for server calls, since there are so many stories, but figured I'd throw it out there.

Also, how about a Rumor checkbox. I know you may be loathe to do it, since rumors are not published by respectable outlets, but they are news.  maybe give them a light brown color?

My second suggestion relates to the latest comments update on the main page. I suggest adding the location of the comment:

There's literally no overhead to it.  There's the option to sort by click-through.  The reason for not displaying it (aside from needing to find another place to cram even more info in there) was that during this time was when there was still an aggressive attempt to expand in size, and part of that was presenting a feel that the site is larger than it is.  It's not so important now.

For the comments, this is where overhead comes in.  I can easily specify if it's from News, Blog, Review or Forum, but the specific subforum is a problem.  I've already created a passthrough page to defer the query until clickthrough.

I think it would just depress me and encourage me to not post stuff.

I'd still like an option to be able to see who has plused posts. You can usually work out who, but I'm always curious, and always want to know if my suspicions are actually correct.

^Well, it lends an air of credibility to it all.

I'd like it only because whenever anyone sees a "+1" I assume everyone thinks it was I who did it (when very occassionally it is not).

I don't think it's a good idea, it would be a form a group bullying. If you support a post you should explain why or just give it the +1 if you approve but are not that bothered replying. If you are named you then have to go explain everything all the time. I think it would just stir up trouble.

Yeah, this is not happening.

I'd take back all my suggestions if it meant we could have some way of easily searching or displaying game reviews.  Even if it was something as lame/ simple as their own tab that went to a alphabetical (by game) listing of links.
