I have played FFXIV team based PvP but that was a mess. Still not my favorite style of gameplay, I like action games, I like full control of one character and all their skills. Managing a full team with stats and stuff is not my favorite thing. Being a badass with a weapon is more my thing.

FFXIV could have completely shit PvP. Not all MMORPGs are created equal; especially when it comes to PvP. Being a badarse with a weapon + great teamplay=MOBA in my experience.

You control one player at a time in a MOBA?
But again playing against other humans is a totally different experience than playing the computer. I never have the desire to beat other humans in a game, if someone is better than me oh well, what am I going to do, maybe I get better but odds are I will never see those people again so whatever. There is no drive there for me. A set level though is the same each time, the goal is to get good enough to defeat it and I will not stop until I do. I will never understand the appeal of playing PvP for hundreds of hours (I've done it before, it can be fun but will never replace mastering a campaign to me). On the flip side I can play missions against computer enemies forever because you can BEAT IT. There is a beginning, middle and end to it.
I don't doubt its an amazing team experience its just not the kind of team experience I want, I want it to be as if I am playing a campaign single player mode but with others. In Destiny it was done in way so everyone can still play in their own way and all feel important but all need to perform well to succeed. In FFXIV I had to be the tank, I had to do exactly what all tanks did, that is what is expected of all tanks. In Destiny I am me, I play the way I play best.
People still play this?

Now... this image is completely unrelated, but I found it in research for this post. Therefore, it pertains.

A MOBA isn't an RTS.
In all likelihood FFXIV is just a shit MMORPG. That's not necessarily how MMORPG PvP works, especially if it's a long term campaign-based thing (controlling territory etc.). But yeah, that's usually how it is.

I wonder how many times this chick got jacked off to back in 1960 or whenever this was taken?
You've confused anorexia with anorexia nervosa. A textbook (or lack of textbook) mistake.
The final part of the last boss in destiny. The music is just incredible. Just to show some of the powers you use and how manuverability is a big part.

For the record that chick is annette funnicello or however you smell her name. I also love how tech used to be so cool that they would feature it in pin-up shots. Today she'd be holding a smartphone?
