Holy crap at Kirby at 1 hour 47 mins
It's 2k at 60fps, watching on an OLED TV. The colours are so good. Should have got this but there were always games I wanted more.
Treehouse day 2 seemed like a washout so I bailed.
They did Mario Party then Mario Kart again followed by Bravely Default.
I'll catch up and post more videos when they get segmented.
Watching Treehouse right now and the chat is an absolute mess. Surprised they left it open. Mario Kart World looks amazing though.
Watching Kirby now. With this and Donkey Kong I feel like it's the good old n64 days.
I do wonder if we will get to play as Diddy like the classic N64 game.
I've posted the links in the 2nd post of the thread.
However I think this video with impressions from GVG on 3rd party games they tested is a better watch:

You know what's sad is that I watched some of the Switch 2 footage on the normal 4ktv, non- OLED, no HDR, 60HZ.
And it didn't look as special there, kinda felt flat. And I realised that the reason some of it, like the Prime 4 footage looked so good was because of my TV.
The HDR and OLED made the colours pop, the blacks were inky, the contrast was incredible, everything looked buttery smooth.
I kinda feel sad that not everyone is going to have this experience.
Also the Switch OLED 720p screen is actually REALLY good. I can go from the big tv back to it and even though its far lower resolution it still looks broadly comparable in quality. At least for most of the 2D I'm playing.

Yeah, I paid more than twice as much as I had planned to on my OLED and it's been 100% worth the extra expense for me. I'm now playing games at higher frame rates than I ever though possible. And the colors and rich details look amazing. My only regret is not getting the larger model, lol.

I wish there was better video content. Most of the tv and films I watch don't take advantage of any of the better features.
Switch 2 graphics do seem better than the Series S, (at lower framerates?)
Switch 2 can sometimes display more detail than PS5? DLSS in effect?

It's also pretty much the only place you can see extended Cyberpunk 2077 footage.
This will only work if you have the youtube app and probably a tablet/touchscreen.
But you can pinch to zoom and see the footage in a larger format.
CD Project red say they are targeting 1080p docked 40fps and a quality mode at 30fps. It runs the DLC that couldn't run on last gen systems.
720p handheld. The footage looks really good to me, very large seamless environments packed with NPCs. No notable slowdown and the demo was made in 7 weeks.

Series S and Switch 2 seem quite close, S2 sometimes has better image quality.
Weird that they ported over the Switch 1 version then started importing higher quality assets for the S2 ver, but it looks similar to the Series S ver regardless.
They're in 4k too so it looks so much better. Prime 4 looks incredible.
