The time I've been aiming for is 130 (previous best low 120s), so pretty damn pleased. Now I obviously can't help but want to go for 140....then 150 and so on.

I actually checked the speed after about 4.6k words, and it was only 111 which means that the latter 8k was written at a minimum of 169. I checked sometime after the 4.6k mark, but can't remember when exactly and it was still 111. Somewhere between 6-8k probably, which means that I may actually have beaten my straight speed test and passed 180; 3 words per second in genuine writing! Maybe...
