As some of you might remember, last June, I visited the biggest anime convention is the Netherlands, Animecon. I promised Robio I would take pictures, so here they are. Better Late then never.

We did a demonstration and workshop there, afterwards we were free to walk around the convention.

The demonstration and workshop went really well. See the picture below to see the group. We had a ton of people and they were really enthusiastic, 90 minutes just flew by!

After our workshop we walk around and found these Lego cosplay. They actually moved like Lego people, no joint in the knees and elbows. Must have been uncomfortable to wear.

I have no clue what these two women are supposed to be! Talk a bit with both of them. They are both from Cologne, Germany. The one on the left studies Dutch and to the right is a nurse. Was fun talking to them. They did mention the anime their custom is from, but it was so old and obscure I forgot about it.

Now this one is cute. The baby probably has no freacking idea what is happening!

Hey look it is my Neighbour Totoro. Must have been hot in the costume.

Hercule or Mr. Satan for the purists. I met this guy on a previous anime convention. He actually participated in our first ever workshop. It was nice talking to him. He also mentioned that the Buu on his belt is his newest addition to his costume.

So there you have it. There were plenty of more cosplay that I did not get a chance to take pictures off. Like some dressed as the Kill La Kill main character. Overall a really nice experience. It was cool to be able to go to these anime conventions for free!

So now my promise is fulfilled! I can rest!

Wow. 6 pictures, 7 months late, and you couldn't be bothered to rotate all of them correctly. The amount of effort is touching.

Did you at least get to beat anyone up in costume?
