Mood Swings?
I get depressed, but usually I can correct that through exercise or physical work.
The triggers for me are very specific, so generally I avoid those triggers
It used to be much worse, but I think that was becaus I was responding to more stimulus, whereas now I've elimenated most of them from my life. I've figured out what does it and I avoid it -- I guess that's the key.
I tend to be upbeat most of the time even when things are bad. Its only when a pretty bad event happens that I really change.
I'm lucky enough to generally be pretty happy, even during trauma. It's not just my ice-cold demeanour, though, there's medial reasons behind it. (Though I've always been pretty happy generally.)

I have swings but generally I've been pretty down lately and lacking in any kind of enthusiasm. I'm bored.
I'm a total bastard early in the morning, but once I've had my coffee everything's peachy 
My mood is directly dependent on how much money I have in the bank. When times are kind of lean I'm a nasty bitch. ON the other hand, when I don't have to check my bank account daily I'm the sweetest so-and-so around.
