93 Mbits/sec. download. I'm a bit surprised by that really, I hardly ever see these kinds of speed when downloading a mandatory update on my Xbone.
Just got 133.67 Mbps download and 191.18 upload through a wireless connection. If I could connect by cable (and I'm unfortunately the only person in the house who can't), it would be up to 850--950 Mbps download and slightly higher upload. It makes little practical difference though.
And ping is 4 ms.

Holy shit you guys. Remeber this when you hear your media say that the US has the worst internet in the world. Jesus. And I pay top dollar for the best available intenet in this (region of a) prison colony.
No wonder digital only game distribution is taking off over there.
I just had a look at the options available to me at my address. I wonder if it's worth going higher.

I'm not sure of the specifics for this household, but there are lower prices for slower internet. It's also worth noting that it's New Zealand dollars and not US dollars (85 NZD is apparently 60 USD right now).

Yeah, I pay $65 for internet into the home and another $65 a month for the phone internet (that's just eh internet, the hardware was purchased outright). As of now $65 AUD = $45 USD.
Just interested how we all stack up around the world (using a download speed test website)
Mine is 26.7 mbs down, 2.9 mbs up with a ping of 24ms.
