Me? Movies and manga. I stopped watching movies when I got serious about games (around 2000), before yhen I was a huge movie dude.
Better late than never. A little slow to react, but around the right time I suppose.
I guess I've always been serious about games really, just not as hopelessly addicted as I've been since '00.

Stopped films earlier, but 2000 isn't bad. Only a few years off. If you want to be a genuine purist/elitist change a few years to a few decades.

More leg pain, less hand pain.
If I didn't have games I would probably just play guitar constantly and be a much better guitar player like my brother is....then I'd probably be in a band making possibly tons of money and having my girlfriend not need to work would give us tons of time to have sex.
So really, I guess gaming has ruined my life.

I'd read a lot more books if it weren't for video games. Before I started working, I didn't have much money for games, so I spent a lot of time reading books from my local library. I'd read anything that seemed interesting, from just about any genre, fiction and non-fiction. After I got my first job in 1991, I got more into gaming, and far less into books. Gaming became my primary hobby, and most of my reading was gaming releated. I have come to regret that recently, and have taken strides over the past year to correct that mistake. In fact, I have read more books in the last nine months than I have in nine years, which I believe is a good start. Gaming will always be there for me, but I want it to further explore other aspects of my personality as well.
I would probably get more into comics. I want a Kindle for comics.
I'd like to say that in a world without videogames I would lead a much more productive life. I'd write more, read more, and learn a language. The reality is I'd probably just drink more and watch more tv.
I will say that gaming probably ruined my adolescent social life. I saw more need for saving cash to buy games than using it to go out and drink.
Without video games I'd probably focus on art and music more.
Listen to Iced Earth and play Doom
I'd probably weld/ fabricate more. Spend money on cool tube bending and steel cutting equipment.
Yeah, I think I'd be a huge tools dork. I already am, I just don't spend money on the expensive equipment that you only use 2-3 times a year.
