To state the obvious GTA is kind of an important franchise, but I don't see a lot of discussion of it.  Here are some thoughts I've had lately: (No need to answer any or all of these, just trying to get some thoughts from you guys)

1. Did Lost and the Damned sell well?  I don;t remember seeing it in the NPD's.  I know it got support from the critics.
2. What is the best GTA "rip-off"?  Is it Saint's Row or Scarface? (Or something else).
3. When you look at the percentage completed in any given GTA game, is that for the story mode or for all unlockables?
4. GTA San Andreas is to Oblivion, as GTA Vice City is to ________.
5. Talking protagonists.  Was giving the lead character a voice a mistake?  So far each of the voice actors has blown up in the face of Rockstar.
6. My never-used XBLive name is Claude.  I chose that name on the day of XBL's launch.  Was my choice intentionally GTA related or not? (Bonus trivia question).

Never played GTA (well aside from briefly at a friend's).

GTA San Andreas is to Oblivion as GTA Vice City is to Morrowind.  Duh Nyaa

Tell me to get back to rewriting this site so it's not horrible on mobile

That was an excellent game.  Though not truly open-world in the way GTA was. (the map was closed). But still, excellent game.

LOL, Raven got there before me.

But I haven't played any of the other clones. The lead has to have a voice, even if they inevitably end up acting like asses. We had a lot of discussion around the DS release.

I hear that the Lost and the Damned sold Damned well. Nyaa

It's meant to be the highest grossing DLC ever isn't it?

MS claimed that the Lost and the Damned sold very well though they never gave any stats to back it up.    If you'd like a meaningless number though a couple analysts estimated that over its lifespan it would sell 2 million copies.

Chinatown didn't improve sales in month #2 either huh?  That blows so hard.

It still stayed in the top 20 though.  Next month will be the real sign of how it'll do.  If it's a "sunshine game" and continues to sell forever it'll still be there.
