Mail Delivery I can't exactly remember... one I completed is near a safehouse, the other one I can't remember. It's just a mail truck sitting at the side of a building, you get in and the mission starts.
Noodle Run is accessed from the Dragon Wagon, a large black van with an orange and gold Chinese dragon on the top. There are two of them. One is very close to your first safehouse (Cerveza Heights) - simply take a left out of the safehouse area and walk down a bit and you'll see it on your right.

The other Dragon Wagon is located in Algonquin, to the building left of the one depicted in this image (note that the red dot shows the location of a dumpster with the sword in it):
I found the chinese takeout van, liked that one and I found the go kart. Weird because its tiny and not in a glowing circle or anything, you just stumble across it. What does the mail delivery van look like?
Dvader said:So I started this, love the story already. Cool game, I only started to do a few missions. I wonder how well the simple gameplay will hold up for many many hours, but then again old GTA was awesome so I guess I shouldn't worry. I am surprised at how good the story is and how they completely recreated Liberty City. Some of the car jacking stuff is pretty cool.
Story isn't much in the game I think, but I think its the lack of voice acting and animatics. The writing becomes a little self indulgent later on, breaking the fourth wall, but not in a SUDA cool way. In a self referential way. One thing you'll find Vader is that the missions are soooooooo varied. It's really cool some of the stuff they have you doing.
This game, WOW, I am in love. I am already proclaiming it as the best handheld GTA game ever made, screw the stories games. Those felt like expansion packs, this is fresh, different, and so much fun I can't put it down. You don't even need to do the missions, the drug dealing alone is like an entire game. Then toss in the addition of awesome DS functionality, I did a mission where you have to toss crates off the back of a truck onto a car thats following you by using the stylus. Its all incorporated so well, it takes all the advancements GTA4 made with the GPS, the shortcuts, and kept all the awesome side missions that old GTA used to have. I cant go a few blocks without finding something new to do.
Damn its good. Its GOTY contender good.
There is online play but only with friends right? Well lets go guys, lets set up a match.
Oh and GG how is it that you save anywhere?
When you replay missions (from your apartment) next to your best time there is a tiger logo, what does that mean, is there a certain time that you need to achieve or something.
Car chases are better than GTA4.
You can save anywhere by clicking on PDA, then SYSTEM, then Save Game. If you die you will start at the last home base you saved.
a friend of mine is on 98% completion ... i don't even know how that is possible, my progress has been very slow since finishing the missions but there is a ton of things to do

The drug dealing is ridiculous. I've finished the main game and I'm still doing and trying to buy every property. Not only that I've found there are like random guys (blue man icons) smattered about the map that you stumble upon and get extra missions. Also, I've been investigating the entire map and there are so many rampage sections, so cool to blow shit up without having to worry about the law. You can go crazy with flamethrowers and chainguns.
I also found the mail truck and did the deliveries and there are cameras to destroy and unique stunts to pull off. So cool.

I think its wifi local play. Otherwise online leaderboards and swapping stuff. I cant get my DS online anyway.
So use the "i" icon and you will learn tons of PDA features. At the bottom right hand corner of your screen you will see three icons, those are your favourites. You can click and hold an icon and drag it to replace those favourites with your own. So do that with the save icon in the system menu to have easy access to saves. You can also drag your drugs inventory there so you can see what you have to sell instantly.
I love the car chases, smashing cop cars up is so fun.
Stupid question: How do you hail a cab? I just keep stealing them and the left button seems to do nothing.

You hold down X when near one and then run into the yellow chevrons. But if a cab is occupied it wont stop.
You can whistle into the mic to hail a cab too, which is cool while the novelty lasts.
P.S 6pm GMT meet up at Bugs for KK slider today.
Also why dont you post on GGWeekly?
Thanks. If I'm here. I'll stop by Bug's place at that time. I keep forgetting about GG Weekly.
- I prefer blowing into the mic to hail a cab rather than holding X... holding X takes a few seconds but blowing is instantanious. TIP: Only cabs that have their lights on will pick you up, any others already have passengers and they will just drive by.
Dvader said:Thanks for all the info. One more thing, around the world I see these weird swirly blue things, they float in one spot and nothing happens when I get to it.
They are the places where your "lion statues" appear for the last mission after the game is over.

I was wondering too. Thanks.
Yarcofin said:- You can trade drugs/cash and other items online via WiFi, as well as instant message... but all actual "multiplayer" is only local.

How can you even see those tiny details? I have to use my glasses just to play this game.

It's where we hang out daily, all the news is posted there. Good stuff.

Huh, I finished the game and still get the swirly circles and still no lions? Oh no, I have to do this social club net connection thing right?
ZOMG I found a fucking tank last night!
It's in the airport on the right hand side of the map. Near the left side barrier entrance.
There is a tank mission which is like a race track where you blow shit up. And you can cruise out onto the open road with infinite shells.
You're nearly indestructible. It's SO cool. After you rack up a high enough wanted level - it takes a lot - you get other tanks trying to take you down.
So awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh and have you guys found the gun club?

No, where is this gun club, I have gotten messages about it?

I'll have to check and get back to you. It has a full on shooting, dodging course inside the building. The attention to detail is wow.

Did you beat the game before you went to the tank? Cuz I have drove all around the airport like twice and never found it.
Gun club is like... near airport but more south.
