Give us a review when you're done. I may put it into my Gamefly queue. It's interested me, but I haven''t given a crap about South Park since the 90's, so despite the praise and good word I've seen on the game I've had a real hard time trying to get interested in the game.
Same here regarding South Park. I may have watched a total of three episodes, but the reports/reviews on this were overwhelmingly positive.

So far, the big negative is how small the map is. I'm hoping it will expand quite a bit soon. I had some fun battles in the school, fighting gingers in charge of detention. What's really great so far, is that six hours in I'm still acquiring new abilities and powers. Like for instance, I just learned two magic spells as well as how to lead the guys in my party to exploit certain areas. I've also learned how to use parts of the environment to make battles easier. For example, I shot a book of matches into a pile of fireworks and making them shoot certain enemies. I then took out the rest of the enemies by farting on the burning box of remaining fireworks which exploded in the face of my enemies.
And another milestone for videogames: I've just been anally probed. There's actually a probing mini game.
You've never had an epic RPG battle until you've fought an elf on your mom and dad's bed, all while dodging your dad's testicles.
Aw, there's a level cap of 15. I was hoping for 20-25.

So this came out and no one talked about it. I don't watch South Park, don't care for it. But there was something about this that just looked good. It has traditional role playing archetypes with turn based action. You have potions, upgradeable weapons, equipment, clothing, etc. You'll find friends to join your party, build their skills, attributes and magic. You can choose to play as a fighter, thief, Mage or...a Jew who practices Jewjitsu. Yeah, it's offensive, but also addicting to play and it's hilarious.
You are the new kid in town, with a mysterious past. You will need to find many friends and add them to your social network which gives you perks. You'll need magic, by farting, and long ranged weapons such as bows.
I can't tell what attracted me to this game. I like RPGs that are traditional in combat , but I don't really care for the tired, cliched look and feel of most JRPGs. Stick of Truth is a breath of fresh air compared to most. I love humor in RPGs, like Paper Mario. I love quirky games and South Park is just loads of fun to play. I don't think RPG fans will be disappointed with this. Give it a try.
