The Evil Within is still in the mail and Captain Toad comes out this week, so I guess I'll say a toss up between MK and Smash at the moment.

You know, I've maintained that it is my most anticipated game of the year so who knows.
My current GOTY is Fantasy Life.

Smash or dragon age, I have not decided yet. I am assuming dragon age gets better, smash is consistently awesome but it's still smash.

C'mon, those Captain Toad levels in Super Mario 3D World were awesome! Nintendo could sneak in some awesome gameplay. There are bosses and the graphics look like claymation. It could be!
Well, Captain Toad may be my 2nd place GOTY, as my 1st place GOTY has already been claimed by . . . *drum roll* . . .:
Tomb Raider: Definitive Edtion (PS4)!

Dragon Age: Inquisition for me, this game is amazing.

I don't have a Wii U, which severely changes the landscape of my gaming experience of 2014 from that of many of you.
Instead all I got was reason after reason not to buy new IP's and continuing series on the PS4 due to technical problems, as well as a lot of re-masters.
I did get to play a couple of very good games on the PC, and eat into my backlog at least.
