Star Tropics. That one really shocked me. 
Nintendo had NDA'ed everyone till E3 so there were tons of games to show off.

Okay, let's get this out of our systems. My theory is that if we do this now, we can exorcise some ghosts and also keep in mind for next year our feelings toward rumors (especially since we'll see new consoles from MS and Sony). So please, PLEASE, list at least one prediction that never came to light.
- Sony was going to introduce PSN+ Tiers (variant levels of service for pay).
- Sony was going to buy Gaikai, or license Gaikai for a game streaming Service.
- Metroid Prime Wii U.
- Star Fox/ Metroid tie-up from Retro.
- MS and Sony were going to reveal their new consoles, or even make mention of them.
- Sony was going to price drop the Vita.
- Last Guardian was going to be shown at Sony conference.
