Tell me to get back to rewriting this site so it's not horrible on mobileaspro73 said:Turns out Silver members can't play online. It took 13 days to get to that resolution. I had no idea Silver members could not play online. What's the point of Silver?.
There's no point of Silver. Microsoft is basically holding online play hostage unless you want to pay them 50 bucks a year. Whether you should get back to gold or not depends on how much do you play online.
Oh wow. That should've been their first quesiton. Like tech support asking you if you've tried restarting your PC!
I've been a Silver user ever since I bought my 360; I'm okay with it since I rarely play online games. All I need MS's service for is downloading demos and XBLA games.
LOL whats worse is when my bro has a year of gold membership and cant play online with registered friends.
Whats worse is that he and his bud paid for the wireless adds on too.
So they are like $340 down in total.

I had a lot more complicated red herrings that I was looking into (like using a foreign 360 out of region).
