That or it took them 19 months to get to the post office, and 1 month for it to ship. Given the date on the packaging I'm guessing the latter. Unless customs stuck a new sticker on it, but that doesn't appear to be the case. It is kinda faded, though. Still, they can take a beating over just a month in the international postal service.
