Apparently so. Either that or I drunkenly registered it for myself one day and have no recollection of it.
Just finished Chrono Trigger and man this game is still so amazing, arguably one of the greatest of all time. Such a fantastic story, fun and interesting combat, and terrific music. 10 out of 10.

It's a crime that they haven't made a new one.

It is. To think that we’ve gone through nearly three generations without a new Chrono game. So sad.

Yeah, and Cross was way back in 2000. Everybody raved about it too, I think it's one of the top 10 highest rated PS1 games etc. So you'd think they would have kept that train a rollin'. But nope...
Ironically, I think if they never made Chrono Cross, there would not be quite as much interest in another sequel. Chrono Trigger pretty much stands on its own as a one-and-done game.
At this point I’d just take a remastered Chrono Cross.
Speaking of which I have recently started a playthrough of Chrono Cross on the PS3 and damn the music in this game is fantastic.
robio said:The music was fantastic, although I will admit the process of equipping teammates with weapons and magic is pretty damn painful. If they come up with a QoL fixes for that, I'd be all up for a remaster too.
Yeah that is a bit annoying especially equipping magic and items. There is an option to remove all magic and items as well as one to auto equip them too. I haven’t tried the auto equip but should check it out to see how well it selects stuff for you.
I never actually finished Cross....that was at a time when Perfect Dark was out on N64, and I had just gotten the Dreamcast and was all about that system. So I played through half of Cross and never went back. But I remember the game had some serious atmosphere and charm. One of these days I should try to go back.
Watch Dogs 2 is done.
It's an ok game, but I still wouldn't consider it one of the better open world games by any stretch. It has more character than the first game, but is also 10 times more annoying because of the whole uber hacker hipster vibe. It's like the movie Hackers with Angelina Jolie (looking absolutely delicious) from the mid 90's, 25 years too late. I feel it's much like the first game in many ways...kind of on the verge of being really great but never gets there.
There are some really cool segments though, that are better than anything from WD1. Just few of them.
robio said:Knocked out Rayman Legends on PS4. I still say the Wii U and Vita are better versions, but even with the slight hit due to the lack of touch controls this is still one of the best platformers ever.
I should play this one day. The last Rayman I played was Hoodlum Havoc on the Gamecube.

It was free with PSN last month so give it a try. They did an amazing job of creating a platformer that mainly focuses on level design with enough item collecting that helps increase the challenge, but doesn't get so ridiculous that you feel like you're just scouring every corner of a level looking for crap.

It's not ok! Fix it!
I replayed CV, what a classic. Can't believe there are people who hate it and think RE3 is better.
Hellblade is done. Pretty good, not great game a bit on the shallow side but excellent story and production values. 7.6/10
