I am not on PSN+ but I enjoy the benefits of an improved network, so thanks everyone else.
I beat the racing side of NFS Rivals, I am trying to play it now so I can trade it in for $40 this week. Here is a video of a hot pursuit and then me getting raped by cops at the end.

So that is the gist of the game right there. Just keep note of the health, when it says vehical damage critical about one or two hits and you are done meaing you lose all the points you accumulated in that run. There are repair shops around so you see me desperately try to reach a few of those.
