Maybe another way to get the lurkers to say something would be to tweet an hour before you guys record that you are about to record and to send in any questions via twitter. Might increase listenership as well, people DL'ing to see if they were mentioned.

I like to give you something manageable first not to scare you off then slowly go later to ease you into it.
