What is the ASCII art on the Internal Server Error page? It looks like Hitler and Kirby kissing.

I'm using firefox 2.0.2.2pre with ubuntu, but this also happens when I use IE7 and Chrome with Vista. I know this has been reported before, but I wanted to add my experiences with the "blank page"

It often happens on mulit-page topics from either of the forums. usually what will happen is I will select  the last page of a topic or the little arrows to go ot the last topic. I then get no messages. I usually then use the drop-down menu to go to the last page, and it will drop me off in the correct page.

I wonder if this is a messages per page issue?

Also, what is the new eror message ASCII art? It looks like a mushroom mech.

Actually, that specifically I don't recall being reported (or else I completely forgot).  I'll be looking into it, but for the mean time I'm sure it's an issue with the number you've set for the number of comments to display per page in a topic.  The default is 20.

^I'll change them to 20 (from 50). If that takes care of it I will let you know.

Your comments per topic was set to 30, your topics per page was set to 50.  It's the 30 that's creating the issue you're having (ok, it's whatever I did wrong that's causing it, but the 30 isn't helping Nyaa).

Well it took care of it, so if anyone else has the same problem at least we know the cause now. Happy

It's good to be right.  Hopefully you'll be able to switch back without issue by the weekend.

I've now switched my responses per page to 35 and I'm not having the same problems as described earlier...

If one places a comma in the subtitle of an article submission it looks like the text after the comma is being dumped.

Hmm, I'm not getting that.  Anymore details?  There are currently articles on there just fine with commas, are you able to see them once they are submitted (the issue is when you submit) or not even then?

It happened when I submitted them. On this particular one I went back and edited it though so it may have happened once I edited it.

I tried with new posts and edits.  I'll keep an eye to see if it happens to me, and report back if you see it happen again.  It seems like it was likely a different issue, and the comma was just coincidental.

^Okay.

What did I do wrong with this review? The text appears in edit mode but not in the "public" version.

I see the text; it's just in Advanced mode instead of Simple, so you've got a bunch of blank sections, then your review.  Let me see if I can correct that on my end

Sorry.

No problem, it should be fixed now.  I remember this one, and wasn't sure what happened.  In the course of making the change here, I found what happened originally -- the entire review was in the summary section 0_o.
