yeah I was surprised, but that's why I jumped at it. Not sure if it's a sign the game isn't selling well, or if Atlus is just pushing hard during the holidays. I've seen them do this before with games they release late in the year, cutting the price right before the holidays.
Anyway, I don't know all the specifics of this game, but I can tell you that historically the series is very tough and the stories are engaging, but dark and kind of depressing. Not a lot of Happy moments. Not much like them out there.
As you play you'll have to make decisions that favor lawful or chaotic, and for the best results you want to try to stick to a neutral path if you can. It will make more sense as the game goes on I suspect.

I died a couple of times at the start and the first boss kicked my ass a few times until I finally managed to beat him. It seems like a dark Pokemon game of which I’m really digging.
Downloaded Resident Evil 3 Remake on Xbox during their holiday sale for $24 CDN.
Did some more holiday shopping with the sales going on. Downloaded the following:
Xbox:
- Divinity Original Sin 2
- Alan Wake Remastered
- LEGO Marvel Collection - includes LEGO Marvel Superheroes, LEGO Marvel Superheroes 2, LEGO Avengers, and all the dlc for each game
Switch:
- Dragon Quest
- Dragon Quest II
- Dragon Quest III
Oh yeah, I forgot about that remaster. Will likely get that as well.
Downloaded Mario + Rabbids bundled with the dlc last night. Been wanting this for awhile now and it’s regularly on sale. Finally pulled the trigger on it.
My wife gifted me RE Village for the Series S. I hope to be playing it tonight.

I really enjoyed that game, espevislly since I was stuck at home for weeks after my surgery.

Would like to get Guardians of the Galaxy as well. Looks to be a very fun and enjoyable game.
Well that didn’t take long. Picked up a copy of Guardians of the Galaxy for Xbox from Walmart today for $40 CDN. That’s half price here so decent enough price for it.
My copy of Shin Megami Tensei V Steelbook Edition finally arrived today. Yay! I had it preordered and got a bit worried when it wasn’t shipped to me on launch day.
