Also the level design is simple. I wouldn't call it bad. It makes sense when you realise what the games is like - a brawler. You can't even have FPS level design as you need largely square areas to face off with multiple foes at once.

Also, I love the FPS controls so much part of me wishes they had made a traditional sequel to Red Steel 1 with these controls. Or even do a New Play control version of the first game.

Yup, i wish there was more shooting parts.

A scope on the rifle would be cool.

Did you get that move where you smash your fist down on the floor to create shockwaves? I love that move.

Did you get to the night time roof top chase or the dusty down afterwards? That's when the game picked up for me.

I am outside the Kusagari temple, i am assuming near the end. I wish this game had more moments like the rooftop and train section and less empty open city.

Yeah the end is sort of limp. I had to beat the final boss with a shotgun.

Finished, final boss did suck, boss before him was better. Not much build up, the game basically stays at a steady beat from start to finish. By the end I was a complete bad ass, hopefully hard makes the game more challenging.

The enemies on ninja mode don't seem to get bigger life bars. They can be more aggressive but I haven't played enough of the game in Ninja mode to see how tough it gets.

Should I even bother with challenge mode. I was planning to do challenge mode on hard but you keep all your weapons. Should I just start the whole game again on hard and never play challenge.

Actually you should have never played on Medium. Go try hard, immediately. Challenge mode is for replay, not for anything else.

Challenge mode sounds pointless. Yeah I am going to start over on ninja.

And if you want more shooting just use the guns more. After you upgrade them and stuff they're effective against armored enemies as well, only few if any enemy types really require the sword.

Well that is boring. Its a game about sword fighting, just shooting everyone is not fun. Its fun when you mix your powers well.

Well you're the one who said you wanted more shooting... If you don't then don't use them more, lol.

No I want the game design to promote more areas where it is a gun fight. I would have liked more variety in that regard.

It'll work if you go to your profile and delete it from there.

Hmm, nope, I'm pretty sure that's not how forums work, GG.
