Wheeze kickin' it ol' skool with Yodariquo, Darth Homer and Foolz.  The gang talks about Homer getting a job in the gay porn industry, malerooms, licking and hands-on (cough) experience with gaymes like, Cho Iniki, Star Wars: The Force Unleased: Ultimate Sith Edition (360), Dissidia: Final Fantasy (PSP), Podnation Racers (PS3), Dragon Quest 9 (DS), Little Big Planet (PS3), Yakuza 3 (PS3) and Ivy the Kiwi? (DS).

News about Best Buy and Target getting into the used games biz.  This is established retail telling new retail, in the most explicit manner, "Hey fuck face -- your games cost too much".

And...

Homer is correct on Comix Zone. 110% correct.

Ummm... yeah there's a Wii version of Ivy the Kiwi?... I bought it this morning!

It's a game from Sega's Miyamoto, Yuji Naka, how could I resist?

Yoda's comments made me pop Ivy into the Wii!

Storybook graphics. Classic, almost Sonic-style, lighthearted Music...

Twitch gameplay, yes like Kirby's Canvas Curse, but CHARMING to the Nth degree!

VADER. TRY. IT!

Brought a smile to my face immediately...

Found myself holding my breath every time Ivy was in danger. She is just sooo cute to the point where I am terrified of anything happening to her!

Maybe it is better with a Wii mote? I found myself drawing lines, lifting, blocking, flinging and deflecting Ivy with ease!

Absolutely a rental, at least!

Looks great, Naka is the man.  He needs to do Sonic again.

I just tried the DS demo, very fun simple game. Seems like something I would enjoy, will get at budget price.

I would rent the Wii version if you can. I think stylus control would actually get in the way of the screen and the action. The Wii-mote swinging and wrist action probably are better for a game of this type. The story-book like graphics are probably better represented on a big screen too!

I agree, I think it would work better on a console. Then again I think everything is better on a console.

A bit off-topic, Homer will you guys be getting in the PS Move and some games? I would really like someone to have some hands on for a future podcast.  Maybe they get put on display on some stores around here to try out as well.
