Within the reviews themselves, Famitsu's editors had nothing bad to say at all. "The maps and monsters have been completely remade, making things fresh," one wrote. "The classic Monster Hunter feel grabs you the more you play. Old and new mix equally here, and it's been refined, deepened, and brought to unimaginable heights."
Another writer agreed.
"The controls and gameplay has been refined and are pretty kind to players. Exploring the new maps is more fun than I thought it'd be; even hunting for mushrooms is exciting. Of course, hunting the new monsters is a constant stream of surprises, leaving me incredibly satisfied. The unique parts of online mode are good, but the single play here is just amazing." And another: "Although everything here is new, the Monster Hunter atmosphere is unchanged. Underwater hunting is a little bewildering at first, but once you get used to it, the whole hunting process is a little more fun. Lots of little things have been improved upon, and the intensity of running into a monster is unparalleled."

So I hear that MH3 sold 500k already. I assume that is on top of the million pre-orders?
So they are at 1.5 million already? And their expectations were 2 million. Worldwide I think.

Even if this completely smashes sales expectations, Capcom will be sure to follow it up with "Roy and Randy's Adventures in the Spagetti Kingdom of Princess Pasta" and another port of RE4 (this time with MP support!). Not like gamers would pick up more good games from Capcom after all.
Nah, but this is their Nintendo RE? (This gen.) So the PS3/360 crowd will get the amazingly good looking Monster Hunter game next year. it'll be on rails.
Who am I posting these for? Shall I go back to gamespot? Asses.

There are people there who would be glad to see you again.
Like Carnage.
Asses!
We also have like the first decent videos and screens of FFCC and no one checks them out.
I just can't get excited for Monster Hunter yet. It's a long way off before it comes out here, and I'm not sure it'll be a game I'll enjoy.
I'm much more excited about the Classic Controller Pro. I'm seriously thinking of importing one soon.
As far as FFCC. I lost interest in that game when I read "Final Fantasy" in the title.
