I think it's called a Muccusaurus. I had a closeup of an anus on a smaller animal, but sadly it didn't upload successfuly to Steam.
The butt texturing was great.
There are no wrinkly lines though.

That's the thing, there was on this one. I don't think they bothered to do particularly good textures on the Muccusarus arse because of the distances involved, so thought they could get away with it.
That anus would have benefitted from some nice TressFX features and advanced tessellation. Maybe even subsurface scattering.
